Accidental Breakage Charge	A non-refundable breakage charge of £5 per person A non-refundable charge of £5 per person will be added to your invoice to cover accidental damage that may occur in your property during your holiday. This policy will cover you for up to the value of £100 per person. IMPORTANT: the Accidental Breakage Charge does not cover you for willful and negligent behaviour/damage. If accidental damage exceeds the cost of £100 per person, or on inspection damage is caused by negligence or intention, a charge will be made locally or an invoice will be sent to your home address on your return.

Payment Information

If you have chosen to pay by Credit Card or Bank Transfer we will email you or telephone you with the necessary details required and confirm the amount. Once we have processed your payment we will email or post your receipt along with the booking confirmation and balance details. Your holiday balance complete with any additional optional services that you may require is payable in full 8 weeks before your holiday date.

Property Arrival and Vacation Times

The property will be available to be occupied from 3.00pm on your arrival. The property must be vacated by 10.00am on the day of departure to allow the maid access.

Additional Services/Options

Welcome Pack
There can be nothing worse than arriving at your holiday home tired, hungry, desperate for a drink and not knowing where to go to find the essentials. That is why we consider a welcome pack a vital element of our rental package.

A Luxury Welcome Pack at a cost of £35 is available which will include the following:
Tea, coffee, sugar, milk, water, orange juice, ham, cheese, 12 eggs, 12 toilet rolls, butter, bread, 6 bottles of beer, 1 bottle of red wine and 1 bottle of white wine.
If you would like us to supply you with the a Welcome Pack please tick the appropriate box and we will add the additional £35 to your final balance.

WiFi Dongle Rental - Internet Access

Need access to the internet during your stay then why not rent a WiFi Dongle for a cost effective way to access the internet. Please note some credit may remain but the dongle is topped up at any of the many Vodafone shops. The rental cost for this service will be 20 euros during your stay with a 40 euros refundable deposit to be returned on your departure upon safe return of the dongle. Please pay on arrival to our housekeeper Agnes should you require this service.

Optional Air Conditioning/Heating

As electricity in Spain has become extremely expensive we are now forced to make a nominal charge for full air conditioning/heating throughout the property. Should you require this facility the cost will be £20 per week (£3 per day). THIS AMOUNT WILL BE ADDED TO YOUR FINAL BALANCE SHOULD YOU REQUIRE THIS FACILITY.

Optional Pool Heater

Sonja Lodge pool is fitted with a Florida Heat Pump which we will be happy to activate 4 or 5 days prior to your arrival should you wish, ensuring a more pleasant swim. Unfortunately, due to the high cost of installing these heaters and equally high running costs it is necessary to make an additional charge of £100 per week for this facility, please tick the appropriate box should you require and the cost will be added to your final balance.
Please note although not the cheapest, Florida Heat Pumps are by far the most effective way of heating pool water and whilst they undoubtedly make swimming more pleasurable they are not capable of achieving bath water temperatures, but we will do our very best that the equipment and the air temperature will allow.
