Villa Jacaranda is a modern fully air conditioned 4 bedroom villa. Jacaranda is our family home and is maintained, equipped and furnished as such for you to enjoy. The main accommodation and swimming pool are on one level. There is a separate apartment below with its own lawned area. Sea and mountain views. A secluded property with perimeter wall and entry phone system.

Villa Jacaranda Description (sleeps 10)
Villa Jacaranda is a 4 bedroom villa with air conditioning/heating throughout (optional). The main villa and swimming pool/terraced area are on the same level. There is a separate apartment below which contains bedroom 4 with its own bathroom. The apartment is ideal for friends or family who wish to holiday together but would like to retain some privacy.
The secluded villa has its own lawned area, off-road parking, perimeter wall and entry phone system for added security and peace of mind. The rear terrace has outdoor dining furniture which can take full advantage of the stunning panoramic views of the sea, mountains and countryside. The terrace provides an ideal vantage point for relaxing anytime of the day and enjoying alfresco dining or watching the evening sunset.

KITCHEN: Country style kitchen with double sized cooker, 5 gas hob, American size fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and breakfast table.
LIVING ROOMS: The lounge/dining room has satellite TV, DVD and video player, 7 seater dining table, 2 large sliding windows facing the sea and Inglenook fireplace with wood burning stove for those cooler Autumn and Winter evenings.
ADDITIONAL FACILITIES: Tumble dryer, iron/ironing board and barbecue.
All bedrooms, apartment and lounge/dining room are fully air-conditioned. The property is suitable for children of all ages.
Other notes:
10 minutes drive to beach and nightlife, 5 minutes walk to local shops and restaurants.
Garden and Outdoors
The kidney shaped swimming pool is suitable for children, and can be illuminated in the evenings to add that touch of sophistication to alfresco dining. The large terraces are equipped with adequate sun-loungers, drinks tables and barbecue unit. The lower lawned area is suitable for sunbathing and/or small games area. Planted garden areas (around the swimming pool) can also be illuminated when required.
Fuengirola / Campo Mijas area
Fuengirola can now offer all the facilities of any major European town i.e. designer shops, water park, jet-skiing, para gliding, horse riding, cinemas, theatre, restaurants of all nationalities, go-karting and of coarse banks and supermarkets.
The famous village of Mijas is approximately 3km away, this is a short drive from the villa. There are amazing views from the village and many excellent restaurants. The nearest town is Fuengirola approximately 3km - this is a very good shopping area for all ages. The millionaire playground Marbella, with its designer shops is about 30 minutes by car/taxi or bus. The famous Rock of Gibraltar is now accessible by ‘toll road’ and this is now only about 50 minutes by car.
Coast/Beach
The nearest beaches are in Fuengirola and are about a 10 minute drive.
Mijas Golf courses
Mijas Golf is the nearest course and is only a 10 minute drive. There are about 20 more courses within a 30 minute drive.
The Costa del Sol/Malaga region
The Costa del Sol is one of Spain's most popular holiday destinations. Tourists are attracted to the region for the long hot summers which merge into the mildest winters, with over 300 days of sunshine over the year it's not hard to see why this destination is proving to be popular all year round.
Without doubt the many well kept beaches which have been awarded the European Blue Flag award, for high standards of water and sand hygiene help to provide a diverse variety of outdoor activities including, sailing, fishing, scuba diving and windsurfing. These are just a few of the activities available all year round.
The towns of Fuengirola with its golden beaches and extensive night life, and the picturesque hill top village of Mijas old town are both only a few minutes drive away, with Marbella and Puerto Banus easily reached in around 20 minutes.
Tivoli World Amusement Park (approximately 22 minutes drive) is the biggest amusement park on the Costa del Sol and offers both rides and a variety of shows including Flamenco and Wild West. To cater for younger children it has an area of the park call Tivolandia, which is perfect for kids to let off some steam.
Benalmadena Cablecar is right next door to Tivoli World, the cars run up to the summit of Monte Calamorro. Once at the top you can enjoy fantastic views over the Costa del Sol and on a clear day see Gibraltar and the North African coast. Each car can carry 4 people and the journey takes approximately 15 minutes, at the top you also have donkey rides, exhibitions of birds of prey and Spanish horse riding exhibitions all included in the price of the ticket.
Aqualand Aqua Park, Torremolinos (approximately 25 minutes drive) is the largest water park on the Costa del Sol, covering more than 70,000 square meters and has rides called Boomerang, Kamikazee Twister, Rapids and the Black Hole. The park also has an area for small children, waves pools, lots of grassy areas for those wishing to sunbathe, many restaurants and an 18 hole mini golf course.
Torremolinos Crocodile Park (approximately 25 minutes drive) is located in Torremolinos next to Aqualand.
Fuengirola Zoo (approximately 10 minutes drive) can be found in the centre of Fuengirola opposite Mijas Aquapark.
