Hi Julia, Just a quick email to say how much we loved the Castle - the weather wasn't brilliant, but the Villa made up for it! The location is perfect too - very close to the airport and easy to find. Likewise, the pool and slide were brilliant fun, the big people loved it too! We thought it was great for families - we had a couple of elderly people too, and even though the stairs were tricky they still managed them. The lounge is really relaxing and the interior is of a high standard. Thank you so much. We will be back, as soon as I can persuade my sister and her husband to come with us!

Dear Julie / Allan, Can we just thank you for a fantastic holiday. The Villa was of an exceptional standard with everything our family needed to enjoy and relax. The pool was especially popular with young and old alike, very clean, although deep, it forced the young kids to learn to swim and Cassie (5 years) was soon braving the slide with her arm bands and had a ball, fearless. The main house and adjacent lodge had all the facilities we required from dishwasher to DVD's. Lovely to return to in the evening after a meal in Benalmadena, jump in the pool at 1am to cool off, then settle down to a movie. The air conditioning was especially welcome as it allowed us to enjoy a good nights sleep with the weight of a duffet and not having the hot summer sweats under a sheet. The washing machine allowed my sister to go home with her laundry done as it has been raining in Ireland for the last 100 years. We are so relaxed and the kids have been buzzing ever since the weeks holiday but now planning for next year. We would definitely recommend you to our friends and will return soon. Hi Allan and Julia, Just a note to let you know how much are family enjoyed staying at El Castillo in March. Without a doubt, it was the absolute most beautiful place we have ever stayed in. Plans are in effect to return and are tentatively looking at the dates, but we'll let you know. Next time, we will be looking at 2 weeks as the one went by too fast! Hello Allan and Julia, I just wanted to thank you for our brilliant holiday and say a huge thank you, the weather was not to good but the fact u gave us the Florida pool heater helped a great deal as like i said we are wet anyway so we all used the pool its was lovely and clean, and Phil was a star... came a lot to make sure we were ok and if we needed firewood he took us, he was remarkable and so friendly. Agnes well what can I say she was SATISFACTORY lol I'm only joking she was an absolute star and made us very welcome and again she went out of her way to help us in anyway she could, sadly i fell on my way into town and Agnes took time out to take me to hospital and waited and brought me back. Don't know what we would of done without her and Phil. The villa it's self was truly amazing its was just as it said on the tin.. clean and very luxurious we had a floor each. for the 10 days we were there we lived like kings and queens all our needs were pampered too by Agnes and Phil so once again thank you so much. Hi Julia and Allan, Just thought we'd drop you a line to say what a wonderful time we had at Bella Vista. The villa was out of this world - what a way to live, weather couldn't have been better. We had a party of 13 adults and if need be we needn't have had to speak to each other for the length of our stay the villa is spacious, and every facility you could want is available. The service that we got from the moment we got off the plane was first class, nothing was too much trouble for Agnes - she is a credit to your Company. The only disappointment was that the Ash cloud settled down - we would have liked to stay for another week and were all geared up for a longer stay. However, the kids went on to stay at the Mijas Golf Apartments for a second week - again all was superb. Thank you again and we have no qualms about recommending your Company to friends and family, we look forward to dealing again with you in the future.

We had a lovely time at the villa and didn't even mind the day it rained ! It was still warm enough for the kids to enjoy the pool and sit under the veranda with a book. The villa was beautiful and we loved the decor and artwork.The villa is in an excellent location and beautifully maintained. very close to all the amenities of Obidos and nice beaches close by.

The weather was not great so we appreciated spending time somewhere spacious, comfortable with great decor. The apartment is enormous - our kids were very impressed and also liked the internet connection so they could keep up to date on Facebook! The terrace is very private and we used it a lot for general relaxation and meals. The location is very convenient for all amenities - loads of restaurants, and a local mini market (which is a bit pricey) with a big supermarket a cheap taxi ride away. Also close to the fishing port if you want to see another side to Agadir. Also well worth a trip up to the kasbah - we took a taxi up and it is a pleasant walk back. All in all a very relaxing week in a lovely apartment.

"We visited Villa Kamelya 5 with some friends and their 2 young kids, the kids just loved the facilities and pool area (and slide!) and we really liked the restaurant and the amazing view! The house is fully equipped and once the kids were asleep we had many evenings sitting outside using the barbecue, cooking the fish we had bought from the local village. We were so impressed with the location, its a perfect spot right between 2 of this areas most interesting villages. Gumusluk is just beautiful, its not huge ,with so many lovely fish restaurants, and a great atmosphere, the locals were great and not pushy to get you in their restaurant like you get in some big resort areas in Turkey. There is even a barber shop right on the beach - an opportunity not to miss! We did travel around the area, but always returned back, realising we were already in the nicest spot! We would go back again in a heartbeat." April 2011

Firstly I'd like to express how happy we were with the villa and the holiday as a whole. The villa was exceptional and led us to have a brilliant holiday in Turkey. Wendi was very helpful, and a pleasure to deal with. I think she was slightly unnerved to begin with when she let in six 25 year old guys ready to unleash hell on Turkey, but was also pleasantly surprised when she came to collect the keys off of us and we had cleaned from top to bottom! She expressed these views and thought it was hilarious that we had done this. So, without doubt I would strongly recommend this set up for a holiday in Turkey; the combination of a luxury villa in a secluded area with a short taxi journey to the crazy town of Gumbet was perfect. I also want to thank you for the great job that you did for us in organising the villa for us, you're hard work was very much appreciated.

“A Chilling and Relaxing Stay” “Had an amazing time here in Nergis 1, at Hillview Gardens. A home from home. All the staff here are extremely friendly, as are the Turkish people in general. We had a great holiday in your apartment, the booking was very smooth with Panoramic.   Hillview Gardens was excellent, just what we required. Particularly liked the proximity to the great swimming pools and I was glad the apartment's balcony offered shade pretty much all day. The apartment was ideal for our family, air con very effective and all appliances easy to operate. We didn't dislike anything to be honest.   Wendi was fantastic, helped us with directions, explained the apartment efficiently and made it quite clear we could contact her at any time if we needed anything. Other on site staff were all very helpful too. All in all I was delighted with the choice I made, having looked at lots of apartments and villas, thanks very much!

We stayed at Leylak 19 apartment for 2 weeks. The apartment was perfectly placed within Hillview Gardens and was very clean and very well looked after. The apartment had a lovely terrace with beautiful views of the sea, distant islands, mountains and other local villages. The apartment overlooked one of the many communal swimming pools which we practically had to ourselves the majority of the time. Yalikavak is only 10 mins away by car and is a beautiful little town with much to see and do. The Bodrum peninsula was a wonderful place to visit and the apartment was a perfect place for us to stay. We are happy to report we really found no negatives and would definitely go back.

We were given very good instructions to find the villa even in the dark we got straight there, we thought Tala was lovely with its lovely square with the different restaurants, the villa was amazing the photos didn't do justice. We would definitely return and if to Tala; would book the same villa.

A testament to a great villa is to return year after year. Clean and bright with sea views and a short distance from local amenities. It is useful to have a car but not essential. Missed two years but looking to book our fourth visit next year.

Our stay here was second to none. The villa was spotless, the location excellent being just a walk or short drive away for restaurants, shopping and visiting the surrounding area. The attention to detail when we arrived was better than we have ever had (and we have had this type of holiday for many years). The pool was great, clean and safe. Sitting on the patio and watching the sunsets of an evening yet another highlight. The welcome pack and all the extras provided were exceptional. The beds were particularly comfortable too! There was just the two of us but this villa easily sleeps six people in comfort. This villa comes highly recommended.

What a wonderful holiday we had everything was perfect. The villa is beautiful, modern very clean and spacious, well equipped with everything you would need for a great holiday. The children thoroughly enjoyed it especially the pool which had a good assortment of floats etc. The views from the villa are stunning especially in the evening when the sun goes down. Restaurants, bars, supermarkets and beaches are all within 5 minutes by car.Already booked again for next year. Can't wait.

We arrived at the villa feeling tired after a full day of travelling. We were greeted by a very friendly English couple who showed us around the villa and gave us a fact file containing all the relevant information for the villa, surrounding areas, restaurants and tourist attractions. We were pleasantly surprised at how spacious the villa was and the homely feel it had about it. The next morning came more surprises when we saw the views from our bedroom balcony.The pool was larger than average and of course the sun was shining. My two daughters aged 13 and 10 thouroughly enjoyed the fact that they had their own pool and did not have to share the huge range of floaties and water toys that belonged to the villa. I have not had such a stress free holiday in a long time. The villa was spotless and had all the home to home comforts including a DVD player which was perfect for the girls around lunch time when the sun was its hottest. The only downside to the holiday was that it would come to an end. I have already booked the same weeks next year and cannot wait to return. Thank you for allowing us to spend quality family time in your beautiful home

"Comfort and Tranquility" This beautifully situated villa provided the perfect setting for a fabulous and relaxing family holiday. The personal touches created a home from home. The villa is a short distance from many great restaurants and we particularly loved the amazing sunsets over the sea whilst sitting, enjoying an aperitif on the balcony. Our teenagers had several fun nights out in coral bay and at the new sports bar Neo's which is walking distance from the villa. We took a fantastic boat trip along the coast from Latchi and enjoyed a delicious BBQ on-board. I highly recommend this villa.

Excellent location just a short walk from the centre of Paphos or the old town and the bus stop is just at the end of the road to get to the harbour area. Beautiful house with all required mod-cons. The development is well kept and very clean with easy access to the pool area. This was my first time renting a house rather than staying in a hotel and I will be back !

This has got to be the best villa we have ever stayed in, on arrival the villa was immaculate and there was a welcome pack waiting for us to get us started. The pool and villa were cleaned regularly to a high standard. The villa was lovely and spacious but had a good homely feeling, it was very well equipped to meet all our needs and more. The villa is ideally situated between the historical village of Lindos and the very pretty village of Pefkos, both have an amazing array of bars, restaurants, shops and beaches. Rhodes town is just 50-60 minutes up the road. We truly had the time of our lives whilst staying here and we can't wait to return.

Highly Recommended We have stayed in this villa twice and are hoping to return soon. It was very clean and nicely presented with quality furnishings. Very spacious rooms throughout. Situated in a very pleasant area with lovely views to the sea in front and the cliffs behind. The large garden plus pool and BBQ is ideal for families or couples who like lots of space. A 10min.walk takes you to the nearest beach but a short drive will soon find you on a large secluded one. A visit to Prassinisi to watch the surfers or to do it yourself is a must. Lindos and Pefkos are about equal distance from the villa and both provide all that you need in the way of shops, bars and restaurants.One of our favourites was Delizia in Pefkos for good traditional Greek home cooking. The owners of the villa are very efficient and helpful and able to provide lots of local knowledge. This villa was as described on the website and I would not hesitate in recommending it.

Date of stay: June 2008 Very clean and as shown. Had a great time and felt well looked after by the management couple. Would love to return this year or most certainly next year. Villa is fantastic and spacious. The owner is very friendly and has put great finishing touches e.g. cypriot barbecue and lovely plants and trees. Pool is kept very clean and is perfect. Date of Stay: July 2010 This villa more than exceeded our expectations. From the photographs we were hoping it was going to be nice and when we got there we were not disappointed, the villa itself is clean and tidy, it is also very spacious. The pool and BBQ area is excellent. The villa is very well maintained by the management couple and, I must say, it was very reassuring having someone just a phone call away if we had any worries, they were very helpful when we needed medical advice for our daughter and also where to get shopping. We hope to return to this villa and will definitely pre-book a car from the management couple as we did feel that we needed a car. We enjoyed the peace and quiet of the villa setting in the village but also the option of going into paphos to the town and harbour which is a short drive away. Date of Stay: April 2008 We have visited this villa twice both in winter and summer. Its a great place to hang out with a nice barbecue area near the pool and in a fairly sleepy village but with a taverna, bar and coffee shop within walking distance. There is a short drive to the more tourist areas such as the harbour and beaches, but the village is very near the motorway so a short drive gets you on the motorway to Larnaca, Limmasol etc quickly. The villa has all the amenities you'd need on holiday and more. Recommended for: Age 55+, Sightseeing, Families with Young Children

We got back late last night from Agadir. We had a fantastic week, beautiful weather, cloudless skies and 28 to 30 degrees every day! Good tans all round. The apartment and location were brilliant and we hired a car for some of the time. The pool was still warm enough and super clean in the immaculate gardens. The apartment is very comfortable and obviously the Marina is very upmarket. One small thing/bit of feedback. We go away a lot and choose self-catering so that we can eat out some of the time, but eat in also, especially breakfast and lunch and some evenings. In the kitchen, there were only a very few number of cups and glasses etc. Fatima was absolutely brilliant, agreed it needed sorting out and arrived next day with glasses, mugs, pyrex dish etc from the hypermarket. For a pretty small outlay, she has updated/added to what was in the kitchen to a useable level. We thought it best to be upfront about this as other guests may have thought the same thing about what was in the kitchen, but said nothing which we all know is a much worse customer to have! Please pass on our thanks to Fatima as we thought she was excellent/helpful and extremely professional. Thanks very much again for the use of your gorgeous apartment.

This village house is delightful! Its spacious, airy, clean, comfortable and peaceful. The swimming pool is directly outside the sitting room patio doors and the sunbathing area provides quality loungers on a raised decking platform. The kitchen is fully equipped and its easy to prepare food. Theres plenty of worktop space and everything is provided. Upstairs the bedrooms have lots of wardrobes and a large supply of clean towels and sheets. The bathroom has a bath and shower with good water pressure and plenty of hot water available. The owner was endlessly helpful and very nice, and the neighbors at the village house are friendly and more than happy to help and answer any questions. The view is fantastic and we loved our stay here. Superb value for money!

Lovely pool house with lots of room for several visitors. The house offers possibility for privacy if needed in the separate, roomy bedrooms each provided with a big bathroom. The house is situated so it offers a lovely view over the sea and nearby islands. The location near the Southern tip of the Phuket island means no tourist in the close surroundings.

Beautiful villa, very stylish and with all the comforts of home. Amazingly large pool area. Villa located 10 minutes walk to shops and restaurants (would recommend Applebees and local Japanese restaurant!). Tennis court within 2 minutes walk and a fabulous 18 hole golf course with 5 minutes walk. Very quiet area but an enormous house which would accommodate several families. Fabulous stay!

Sept 2009 Our recommended visit to Nice was excellent value, cheap short flights from the UK. To a lovely climate with a good variety of tasty cuisine and healthy friendly people. 0ur 2 bed Belle Vue apartment located on a hill was first class, very clean and furnished to a high standard with all comforts. Fully fitted kitchen, bathroom spacious living room and balcony great for enjoying the tranquil panoramic sea and mountain views, a short bus ride to the city center or short trip to Cannes or St.Tropez. We found it so relaxing we did not even need to use the pool, to much to do in a short space of time, our next visit will be longer, and we may even try the Buffa 1 bed apartment. Everything is on your door step plenty of shops, restaurants and patisserie with delicious cakes and sandwiches and only a minutes walk to the sea front, ideal for long walks which we enjoyed. There are numerous activities for every one to enjoy, the choice is yours eat in or out, city centre or relaxing in tranquil surroundings.

June 2009 Just returned from our long awaited vacation in Nice, France. We had a relaxing and romantic time at this world class Apartment in an unmatched location all I can say is Wow, wow, wow. I want to say it’s once in a lifetime trip, but I REALLY hope that it’s not once in a lifetime because I want to go back!! We had a unique and relaxing getaway. I would definitely say that both criteria were met and exceeded! The views are amazing, listening to the sounds of nature, swimming, sunning, and enjoying my solitude. Our pool and room was much bigger than expected. Rooms at the Apartment are spacious. The rooms are extremely roomy and spacious with slick, posh decor. Very sophisticated looking. The beds were amazingly comfortable. No matter where you're looking, beautiful vistas surround the architecture; celestial terrace to the Niece, beauty surrounds you. It’s quite surreal.. To my delight, I was wrong. The sights are absolutely jaw dropping, pictures make the Apartment look great, and being there makes it look even better. In short, the Apartment is an absolutely jaw dropping place that I wish everyone could experience at least once. It was truly a special experience that I can only hope to recreate at some other point in my life.

May 2009 Family of four (two boys aged 13 and 10) had a fantastic time in this beautifully appointed apartment. The location for access to Monaco for the Grand Prix was simply the best, the boys had a day that they will never forget! The owners have thought of everything here. It was a real home from home - WITH the sunshine! The apartment, complex and the pool are immaculate. Although it was half term holidays in England, the local schools were not on holiday - therefore the pool on the majority of our holiday was almost our own. Like previous reviews, there were some people around the pool (mainly on the weekend)- the majority of these were French who were polite and friendly. The location of the apartment requires that you have a rental car. Accessibility to the property from the airport is excellent, the relatively close proximity usually comes hand in hand with aircraft noise, however, the property is nowhere near any flight path. Finally we would like to thank the owner for all his assistance and helping make our holiday a special one.

September 2010 Went to Nice for the first time with three other friends. The apartment was lovely. Contained everything you might need from hoover and iron to CD player, TV and DVD player. Lots of choice of restaurants and dessert shops. Airport only 20minutes coach ride away and coach station within walking distance. Will love to go back again!

July 2010 We rented this unit for a week in mid summer season and were extremely pleased with all aspects of our stay. Working with the owner on the details was simple and efficient (and flexible based on some of our needs) from initial contact to return of our deposit. The unit itself was very good for our family especially compared to staying in hotels. We were husband, wife and two teen age daughters. Everything worked as advertised. We would enjoy breakfast each day by making coffee and eating pastries, tartines, etc from an excellent patisserie which is located a 1/2 block away. Dining options were many nearby. We also cooked dinner on a couple of occasions after buying excellent items in Vieux Nice with it's lively markets. There are also other great dining options there which is just a short 15 minute stroll away. We would frequently go to the beach in mid to late afternoon. The trip to the beach was a quick 5 minute walk. The only other item worth noting is the difficulty with parking. We had rented a car as we made several day trips to Monaco, Grasse, Cannes, San Remo, Eze, etc. The car made access to these locations easy but required parking management upon our return until 8pm (Parking is free from 8pm until 9am). Overall I strongly recommend this property for a great stay in Nice.

March 2009 This was my first trip to Nice and can say it was hassle free from the beginning to end. What made this week holiday to Nice so great was the fact that the flight was so reasonable (even last minute), the accomodation was so easy to get to by bus from the airport and a stones throw away from all the things to do like the beach, restaurants, transport links and trains, shops, old nice! I cant think how we could have been more central and better located than at this accommodation. In terms of the flat, it was clean, had all the facilities you would need and allowed you to be fully self contained and comfortable. There was more than enough spcae for the three of us (all girls) to sleep and get dressed etc. which you wouldnt be able to say in a hotel room. I could definitely see Nice as my home away from home!!!!

May 2010 A great apartment in an excellent location. The apartment is in an ideal location, quiet, private and away from the main promenade area but a short 3 minute walk takes you to the main thoroughfare and a further 5 minute walk gets you to the famous Negresco Hotel. Casinos, bars,restaurants are all on your doorstep. The railway station and bus depot are all within easy walking distance from the apartment, from there the Cote d'zure is your oyster. Rue de Buffa is a direct route to the heart of Nice and the Messena Square. The apartment was clean and warm and very comfortable and had a fully functional kitchen with all the necessary utensils to allow for self catering travellers. An excellent boulangerie is just 1 minute from the front door and numerous grocery shops are only a few minutes away. I would definately book this apartment again and I would highly recommend it to anyone.

May 2009 This was my first time to Nice and what an amazing place it is! The apartment is located in a great location only a few minutes walk away from the Promenade des Anglais,which was lovely to walk along in the night time. I also loved Old Nice which is great to go to in the evening as there are plenty of great restaurants to choose from. While I was in Nice I got to go Monaco the day after the Formula 1 Grand Prix and wow just to see all the yachts was a great experience! The bus service was very quick and easy to get there and back. The apartment is a great place to stay and I certainly recommend it. I had such a great time in Nice :-)

We spent 6 nights at the end of August in the Claravista villas. This is our second time back and we will keep going! Sandy and Richard the owners have thought of everything and make your stay so special. The pool is great, the BBQ's are fantastic and the villas are perfect. I just hope we can head out there next year so we will have to book early! Lots to do in Mojacar but you can also opt for a more quite option too. Gorgeous restaurants especially Playa Blanca and Titos for lunch by the beach during the day. Sandy and Rich, you are fab and we can't wait to come back next year!!

We have just arrived back from a wonderful stay at Emerald Magic. We were a group of 11 and we all thought the villa was fantastic. The villa was in excellent condition and had everything that we required. There was plenty of space for everyone and the games room and pool was fab. A full week in the hills of Tuscany with good friends and wonderful hosts helped us fulfill a dream. We found the owners to be perfect hosts. They were there if we needed them and scarce if they thought we wanted to be alone. We were with four other couples from around the US--all long time friends. We toured during the day and came "home" early evening for wine, cheese and friendship. We then had dinner prepared by a wonderful lady, Marta. This was arranged in advance with the owners. The food was AMAZING!! We did help serve and clean up. However, all preparation was done for us. Touring was on our own. But, the owners were always available for help and suggestions. When we followed their advice we were never disappointed. We did not use the pool facilities since the weather was not in our favor. The computer was at our disposal and help from our hosts was always there. One of the couples in our group had been here before and recommended that we try it. We were happy that they were willing to go again!! October 2010

We write as a group of nine happy visitors to Castellare to echo the praise of most of the reviewers.. Let's start with Anagloria and Enzo who are charming and filled with ideas for what to do and have connections with local artisans for those who wish to buy things that are different than the usual, cooks who honor the local customs and use great ingredients, and polished tour guides. They have a sixth sense about how much to be around, but seemed to show up when we had a question, then recede when we didn't. The house and grounds are perfect, done in refined taste, but very comfortable (we agree with other reviewers that the lay out affords maximum comfort and privacy in each bedroom). However, the common areas are extremely inviting and there are many inside and out. The rooms upstairs have magnificent views, the negative comments of the one reviewer notwithstanding. And the grounds and pool are pretty. The pool comes with its own coach: the very friendly dog meets you at each end of a lap. About the dog: this writer doesn't have one and likes them enough, but doesn't consider himself a dog person. Salome is delightful and extremely loving. She is hard not to like: very playful and kind. She'll walk with you through the vineyards and olive groves, but then can be gone for several hours. We expected to eat dinner out a few times but ended up coming home each night to enjoy using the wonderful kitchen and indoor and outdoor dining areas (latter shaded by trees and trellised vines). The meal cooked for us the first night was fantastic and whetted our appetite to do our own cooking. The kitchen easily accommodated all of us to cook together and is stocked as well as most restaurants with high quality cookware and dishes (not to mention herbs from the garden, olive oil from the groves, and wine from the vineyards). The highlight may have been the two dinners on our last two nights. We purchased ingredients from the traveling market which is in Tavernelle on Thursday as well as a pasta store and butcher from the town. Anagloria met us at the market and showed us the best purveyors from the traveling market and her favorite permanent stores as well. The cheese purveyor alone makes the week worthwhile. Everyone encounters bad luck at some point when they travel; but the negative reviewer's experience is so at odds with what we all witnessed with the house and with what we experienced with Anagloria and Enzo (and their delightful Salome) that we are left to wonder more about the negative reviewer's basic outlook in life than about what you can expect at the Villa. It is simply a superb way to spend a week seeing Chianti and its hill towns, Florence, and Siena. And then there is the opportunity to enjoy all that wonderful local food and wine. September 2010

Spent a lovely 2 weeks in this apartment in Nov 2010, weather was sunny, warm with a nice breeze. The apartment was excellent, tastefully furnished and in a lovely position, it also has a private balcony (most apartments have a shared one). There are 2 large swimming pools with swim up bar and the beach is just a few metres away. Loved Santa Maria, really good local restaurants with fresh fish to die for and all reasonable priced. Lots of local shops owned by some very friendly people. Will return again soon.

As a family with teenagers, all were entertained always. Access to the shared pool, nearby beach, local friendly bar with Wii, pool and great Thai and western food was a recipe for a holiday of a life time. The kids enjoyed the elephant rides, quad bikiing, banana boats and horseriding, whilst the adults were greatly impressed by the Hua Hin Hills vineyard, the outstanding Thai food served everywherein Hua Hin. My family and some friends stayed at this house and found it very comfortable and well appointed. The pool and garden area was just outside the front door and it had a pool bar for those snacks and drinks. If you wanted the beach that was only 100m away. In the surrounding area there are plenty of restaurants and the nearest bar is only a 2 minute walk. If you want more beaches you are spoiled for choice with plenty within 15 mins. Hua Hin is only 10 minutes away and there are plenty of restaurants to suit all tastes. There is plenty to do for all ages and I would recommend this house for a lovely holiday.

Most enjoyable holiday Baan Thai Villas I was there in August 2008, on my way to China on business. With Hua Hin only 2 ½ hours away from Bangkok airport ( about £50 in private taxi minivan) it was a perfect stop over away from the hustle & bustle of Bangkok and a great chance to catch up with some old friends.. The owner had booked my taxi for me, and Dha ( the care taker )was there to meet me on arrival at the house, she had also kindly done some shopping for me as I arrived in the evening. The pool is great, & the coffee shop is lovely for breakfast or lunch, and a great way to sit & relax ,watching the world & his dog go by, or in this case down to the beach -we hardly used the kitchen! The beach is lovely with loungers for hire for 50p and there are plenty of beach side cafes The ever so helpful Dha also arranged to deliver deliciously cooked Thai food to the garden area one evening for our friends reunion. All we had to bring ,was ourselves and some wine & beers to help us along! There were quite a few “chic boutique” hotels sprouting up, we went to a couple, Let’s sea and The Rock, perfect for a gin and tonic before dinner! We had the most relaxing time at Baan Thai Villas I even took in a cookery and yoga class, as well as an amazing massage and pedicure. A few days later I was refreshed and ready to fly to Shanghai to face the onslaught of work... August 2008

My family had a most enjoyable holiday here at Baan Thai villas. We found the accommodation to be of excellent quality. It was very spacious, comfortable and well equipped with modern facilities. The pool on the dootstep was popular with all the family and the local coffee shop was, not only very convenient but, a very friendly place to meet for breakfast and lunch and simply relax with a coffee or a long cool drink. Its location was ideal; close by to a family friendly beach, where the children could go horse riding, go on a banana boat or simply football. There was a variety of restaurants nearby and there was plenty to do in the local area. It was a perfect family holiday and we are sure we will return to Hua Hin and to Baan Thai Villas for another perfect family holiday. October 2009

Our family has stayed at this place twice and have loved it both times. Since we live in Thailand and love beaches, we think that Maire's townhouse is the perfect place to stay. The townhouse is located in a small housing complex called "Baan Thai." It is an easy walk to Khao Takiab beach and a short 5 min taxi ride to Suan Son beach. There is a taxi stand and public transport nearby which can take you into the main centre of Hua Hin. There are also some good restaurants within walking distance. (Make sure to try the Boathouse Restaurant). The complex has a little park and a swimming pool that is cleaned daily. During our stay in March, it also appeared that they were building a new coffee shop or restaurant. Approximately half of the townhouses seemed to be rented out. The remaining places looked like they had full-time residents. The townhouse itself was great and much larger than we were expecting. It is fully furnished with 4 huge bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. There is an aircon and fan in each room. The kitchen had all the basic amenities (except an oven). The family room had comfy chairs and couch. Satellite tv was included as well as WIFI. There is an English-speaking maintenance person who is around the complex every day and can help with any problems or questions that you may have. We also could hire people to clean the house whenever we wanted. Overall, this is a gem and a perfect place for a family (or two couples) to stay. We felt like we were at a resort but still had the freedom and flexibility to do our own cooking if we wanted. About us: We are a family of 5 with children aged 4,2 and a newborn. We enjoy travelling and staying near beaches. Priority in our travel is having a kid-friendly place. This usually means that we stay at mid-range places. Maire's townhouses exceeded our expectations. It was super to be there, The house was very clean, big and with much comfort. We saw the personal touch of the owners and it made us feel more comfortable. If you take your I-pod to Greece, there are good speakers to listen to your own music. In the kitchen you can find everything to cook well. But in the neighbourhood you can have a good dinner in restaurants for more or less prices. The pool is clean and a several times in the week, someone cleans it. You can play/sit on the grass and ther are comfortable sunbeds. The bedrooms are big and the owner has a feeling for how to make a room agreeable. Rhodos is a nice island where you can do a lot of things and Lindos is a beautifull place to be. You need a car to do you shoppings. It's a nice place to be!

Went to Phuket with 12 other friends from 12th to 15th of April and all I could say is that we did not want to leave the villa at all. It is heavenly, there is everything there, laundry room, entertainment room, safes, bbq pit, etc. Shopping malls and supermarkets like Big One are just around the corner, probably around 10 minutes walk. Staff are extremely friendly too. However, the villa is quite far from Patong Beach but that didn't matter as there were other beach nearby for example Rawai Beach which was much quiet and peaceful compared to the crowded tourist beaches. The entertainment room was extremely relaxing and big that some of us actually decided to sleep there. The masterbed room's bathroom had a jucuzzi in it. Really really enjoyable! The ocean view from the 2nd floor was relaxing and spectacular. We got to enjoy the sunset from there. Really enjoyed the stay. Definitely going back there when I'm going for another trip to Phuket.

A group of friends and me decided to rent out a villa in Phuket for a couple of days since we were such a large group. We made the right choice. We were met by Mrs. Pond at the airport who greeted us with such a big smile even thought our flight was delayed. She enthusiastically brought us to the villa with our luggage and explained the facilities to us. She made our stay at the villa even more enjoyable. The villa itself is amazing, newly built with all the amenities to make for a very relaxing stay, it 5 spacious bedrooms each with their own bathrooms and scenic views of the ocean. After we left, all we were talking about was how amazing the villa was and how glad we were to stay there for a couple of days. Will go back if we are ever in Phuket again.

The location close to beaches offers activities for everyone from small kids to elder people. Actually anything you need is not too far from the villa. I just wanted to say, We had a really lovely time. The apt was spotless and tastefully decorated and had everything we needed for a great family holiday. My sons enjoyed playing in the garden area while hubby and I relaxed in the sun. The views from the garden were great and we watched the sun set over Paphos from the garden a number of evenings. Your apartment is a really good location in the resort with great views close to pool but more private than the other apartments surrounding the pool and we liked that. Also very close to the restaurants and we really enjoyed them all. I know holidays are not for watching TV but my sons enjoyed watching the many big football matches on while we were away and were so delighted you had sky sports, as well as BBC and kids channels. We did quite a bit of sightseeing and Aphrodite Hills is def the best place for a holiday in Cyprus. If we come to Cyprus again we would love to stay at your apt again.

We had the most wonderful holiday in this beautiful place. The standard of the accommodation was outstanding with every need thought of and catered for, stylishly decorated, equipped and maintained to a high standard. The owners provided plenty of useful and accurate information about airport transfers and local restaurants. The pool area was of a very high standard and maintained regularly. Perfect for couples, families and groups and you can make it as quiet or as lively as you wish! Villa Jasmine is located in such a perfect position with excellent restaurants, bars and a beach just a short walk away.

We had a really restful time in the flat in Peyia. It is a good space for a family of four, spacious and airy. We enjoyed the outdoor space and made use of the BBQ several times. The outside area is quite enclosed but for a family with young children it is ideal, and it is not really overlooked. We were in Peyia in April which was not during the hottest time for Cyprus, so our family did not use the pool very much, but during a hot spell it would be ideal to relax on the loungers and cool off in the pool. Good area for parking with great access from the integrated car park to the lifts and stairs. The halls were clean and tidy. Overall a lovely little flat well presented and well equipped.

I have been to this apartment three times and it never disappoints me. It is very comfortable and in a quiet situation in the village of Peyia. The apartment offers everything you need and there is a large gravelled garden with a barbecue for those lovely warm evenings. The village has all the shops you need and the local bakery has to be tried! There are many tavernas to choose from in the village within walking distance, all equally good. There are two beaches about 3kms. away, one tranquil and unspoilt and the other a little busier but has a wonderful gently sloping sandy beach making it perfect for small children and families. The beautiful mountains are not far away and it is easy to have a relaxing day exploring and visiting the many local villages. There are many markets to visit if you wish and the beautiful harbour of Paphos is only about half an hours drive away. Cyprus is a very friendly place and I am sure I will visit again and stay in this apartment.

Most relaxing holiday ever! This is the first review I have ever written after a holiday as my experiences have been average but nothing to rave/complain about. However these villa's, the location, the pool area, the poolside bar (I especially recommend their amazing Greek salad - huge and gorgeous!), plus the fact that it is a small complex have made this holiday completely enjoyable and relaxing! There were occasions where there were only my boyfriend and myself around the pool for most of the day! Even a 'busy' time at the pool consisted of a handful of adults and a few children! The owner Sharon was amazing and went out of her way to help with everything she could (which was everything as she's lived there for many years now) and the Greek family who run the poolside bar are all really lovely people who will leave also go above and beyond the normal level of service. I would recommend this place to anybody who needs a good break away from the normal everyday stress we all have! I would suggest car/scooter hire to get around as the trip to the beach and restaurants down below was a good 20 minute walk - which involved a very steep hill (a killer to walk back up in the heat!). We have both fallen in love with Zakynthos and will be back! Many, many thanks to Sharon, Mary and Dimitri for making us feel so welcome and at home with them in their beautiful village!

Fantastic apartment, in the great Tortuga complex - if you are looking for a relaxing holiday, within comfortable, modern, top quality accomodation this is the place to be. The apartment owner arranges a lovely local taxi driver to take you to and from the airport and can have some groceries ready if required. The apratment looks EXACTLY like the pictures! The Island is still in very early stages of development which means you will see it before it becomes too commercial. However there are still plenty of bars & restaurants to sample both at the complex and in local Santa Maria. The Cape Verdian people are about the friendliest I've ever met. Their term 'no stress' is so true! I intend to go back as soon as possible and will definitely stay at Tortuga as I have sampled the other All Inclusive option up the road which is no comparison. James' apartment gives you the choice to eat where you want, when you want. My advice get it booked!

The Villa was absolutely beautiful, very well equipped and simply perfect for large family holidays. The pool area was amazing with views to die for and the added bonus of the Jacuzzi was fantastic – our children loved every minute of every day staying at the Villa! The Garden area and games areas were immaculate and really enhance the whole site by providing lots of different areas for safe play and relaxation. The villa had been cleaned to a very high standard. We felt extremely secure at night and enjoyed very peaceful sleep, yet the villa was so close to the village it was so convenient for everything you could possibly need. We changed representatives during our stay, hence the different rating I gave for meet and greet/ assistance. The lady who became our representative was really friendly and helpful. On arrival I felt the villa was generally clean although perhaps more attention could have been given to the cleanliness of the bathrooms. It was a nice gesture to have a welcome pack on arrival with water and beer! I thought the villa itself was lovely and the location was beautiful. The resort facilities were good and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The pools and garden areas were immaculate. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the villa to a friend and also your website. We had a great stay.

From June 25-July 20, we enjoyed a comfortable stay at the San Agustin Penthouse. This is a well located apartment that has a warm welcoming feel to it. It gets plenty of light and due to the regular sea breeze, we did not use the air-con during our stay. All amenities are close by, including a bakery serving delicious ensamalas, and it is just a short walk to the local beaches. Being on the main bus route to Porte Pi and central Palma, meant getting around locally without a car was quite easy, as the bus stops are located close by the apartment. The property manager, Linda, was accessible and on hand to answer any queries we had and she gave great local advice that helped us settle in quickly. A special thanks to Linda for her hospitality! We highly recommend staying at San Agustin Penthouse for your holiday.

Just returned from our holiday at your house and it was wonderful. Everything at the house was above even my high expectations. Santanyi is a great base for exploring and I was able to see many of the beautiful calas and small villages throughout the Santanyi region. As I had mentioned, I had visited Formentera many times throughout the years and was a bit apprehensive at visiting such a large island as Mallorca, but Santanyi maintained the quaint feel Ive grown to love in Formi. I was even able to board a small fisherman's boat from Porto Petro and explore some of the less reachable coves along the southern edge of the island. Everything at the house worked perfectly and I did want to mention that we had to leave yesterday at 530 am in order to board our early flight home and when I went to Terressa's to return the key her front doors were closed and I did not want to wake her, so I placed the key under her door. I just wanted to be sure she was able to retrieve the key. I would not be surprised to use your home again in the future as I certainly plan on returning to Mallorca in the years to come. The apartment was exactly as described and the pictures were a true reflection of what to expect. However I was really amazed at the size of the apartment which was considerably larger than I had expected. Everything you needed was provided (except a vacuum cleaner which would have been handy). Overlooking one of the 3 pools was great which meant we could keep an eye on the kids without actually leaving the terrace. The security guards on the gates and around the complex keep a careful but unobtrustive watch and even offer to help carry your shopping to the apartment (obviously for a small tip). The marina and beach (with watersports) are right on the doorstep as well as shops, restaurants, money exchange, supermarkets, chemist just as the description said. If you are looking for a self catering apartment with pleanty of space that is queit & relaxing with the nightlife just outside your door, then this is the one to have. We shall certainly be booking it again.

We have just had an excellent holiday in Torreblanca staying at the Torrazas apartment which we found to be excellent accommodation. The rooms are all large including the bath room and the balcony also very large with good views to the sea. The apartment is furnished throughout to a high standard and although temperatures did drop at night time we rarely needed to use the heater. The gardens and exercise facilities are also excellent, and the beach and shops are nearby, making life very easy. We can certainly highly recommend this apartment to anyone wanting a high standard in very congenial surroundings.

July 2011 We stayed for 2 weeks in August 2011 with 4 children - 3 teenage and one almost teen. The villa is finished to a very high standard and is spacious for 6 people. The village is just right - friendly restaurants, bars and shops. The quietness of the area allowed us to spend lots of valuable time together, and when the youngsters wanted a bit more noise, we went to San Pedro! The beaches are some of the best we have ever visited and the see is beautifully warm. A car is essential but the roads are quiet, and Murcia Airport is only 20 minutes drive away. Where do I start?The apartment is fabulous has everything you require,fantastic views from the roof terrace which has BBQ too!Just a short stroll away is the pool complex where the staff and the food and the entertainment are brilliant (Still reeling from watching the recording of me belly dancing though)!There are a few local restaurants a short walk away,the Sunset was our favourite..just try it and you will see why!A mini bus patrols the complex and every 15 minutes will take you down to the beach (Free)which is stunning and even has decking on the sand not to mention the bean bags and oh yes the bar etc...Take the bus to Bodrum only costs a few pounds and is well worth it, all in all we could not fault the apartment, the complex or the holiday

As usual we enjoyed all that your finca has to offer,great facilities,privacy,sun & shade,wonderful pool & hot tub which warmed us up after the sun faded behind the clouds & the chill wind blew! All the family & friends were really impressed by the outlay & amenities that the finca had to offer. Baby Lucas loved everything & especially the pool. We have just returned from a 2 week stay at this beautiful villa.The photos tell you its good but we were all blown away when we arrived.Its a stunning villa superbly & thoughtfully equipped.The children lived in the pool & jacuzzi. Guime is a very peaceful & safe village.I had no concerns letting the children go to the village shop & take the recycling on their own.Its location is ideal,just a short drive from the airport & several beaches.With 4 children its not always a holiday for me but I was able to relax here,even cooking was a pleasure!John regularly cleaned the pool & garden.Thank you John & Anthea you have a real gem in Finca Bougainvilla.

As soon as you walk in the door of this apartment, you can tell it has been decorated with thought and care. The main bedroom is beautifully decorated. The outside space is great with modern furniture. It's a great area for starting your evening out with drinks on the balcony. Lynne is very helpful and has left the apartment well equipped. There is everything from beach towels to DVD's. The shop on the apartment complex is basic, but what do you want when there are supermarkets locally or in Naama Bay. There are taxis available on the complex which makes travelling around easy. There is so much to see and do in the area, that is it impossible to do it all in one trip, so you have to come back.

The apartment was everything we hoped for and more! Besides the tastefully decorated rooms it had everything you need from a self catering apartment including thoughtful little extras like snorkels, goggles, wetsuits and toys for the children as well as books for the adults. The balcony overlooking the pool was lovely and cool with a table and chairs for eating al fresco as well as comfy couches and cushions to relax on. All the staff at Egyptian Experience were friendly and helpful and it is worth taking their minibus when you want to get around as it is really reasonable and just makes life that little bit easier when you are shopping for groceries etc.. The location of these apartments is also really good as they are convenient for the airport as well as being close to town. Lynne was an absolute pleasure to deal with and when we got stranded and weren't sure what to do she was just a phone call away ready to help. All in all a brilliant holiday that I would definitely recommend.

January was an excellent time to go to Sharm. The weather was perfect & no-where too crowded. We Especially enjoyed the outdoor eating experience in Sharm centre. Egyptian Experience is a nice quiet place to stay (only noise is from the aircraft above, but we did get more used to this as time went on) The onsite shop was very poor, although they do give a free trip to supermarket for 1/2 hr, but that was not enough to find everything. We found we used the taxi service to go practically everywhere as the local bus service was a walk across unlit scrubland. The English girl at reception was helpful, but we found the others were disinterested. We found people actually living on site were especially helpful. We booked a trip to the Pyramids but the local travel agent couldn't find us. We also wanted to fly to Petra but couldn't find travel agent that would arrange this. A visa is not needed if you are not moving around, but if you do want to, it is easier to get a visa here than join the long, long queue at arrivals. All in all we had a really good holiday despite a couple of disappointments & would go again.

"What a fabulous two weeks we have just spent at your wonderful villa Cala Provenza near Mijas. The villa was very well equipped, we had everything we needed and the welcome pack on arrival was most appreciated. This is the best villa we have stayed in over the last ten years, beautifully situated in a peaceful and exclusive development near Mijas and handy for visiting all the tourist sites on the coast. It was a real 'home from home' with something for everyone. The villa, pool and grounds were exceptionally spacious and well kept.Thank you for looking after us so well"

Thankyou for such a FANTASTIC week! We stayed the 2nd week in July and had amazing weather. We pulled up to the villa and couldn't believe our eyes!! It was even better than the photos!! The villa was very well equipped and boasted amazing views!! We all had a great time in Mijas which was so pretty. Whitewashed buildings and donkeys! Not too touristy. We were all very dissappointed to leave. Hope to book again with you next year!! Thanks again!! Sarah & group

This is a beautiful new apartment in a lovely resort. The Melia staff were great & for for you surfers, kiters, windsurfers & Stand up paddlers out there well you couldn't slap the grin of me! On arriving the Golf buggy delivered me to the apartment, I dumped the kit & walked through the beach grill to Tortuga beach. Hang on, I see a broken wave to the west (left) Then a clean barrel. Its only Ponta Preta! Perfect point peeling both left & right. Look at the wind stats to pick your perfect time of year & enjoy.

We travelled with very young children and were extremely grateful for the fantastic service and advice we received from all the team at Panoramic Villas. All our questions were answered promptly, professionally and we always felt every member of the team we spoke to could not have been more helpful. The property itself was beautifully presented and all amenities were fantastic. The location is again perfect as you are a couple of minutes walk from the Marina, the beach, shops, cafeterias, cash point, restaurants etc We couldn't recommend this property and the whole experience of dealing with Panoramic Villas highly enough!! We had never been to Turkey before and being retired were looking for peace and quiet but within walking distance of good facilities. Here, we certainly found it. The apartment has everything you need. Good quality fixtures and fittings, good decor and immaculately clean with views that definitely have the "WOW" factor !! Good on site catering facilities and shop only a short walk from apartment and reasonably priced. What more could you ask for?

A wonderful apartment equipped to a very high standard, with fantastic views over Tusla lake and the small golf course. The apartment is very close to one of the small swimming pools on the complex and a short walk to the main pool and complex restaurant, which is very pleasant. There is also a small food shop here. Turquoise is on a wooded hill side about 20 minutes from Bodrum Airport, with 2 wonderful fishing ports each side of the hill, both with lovely fish restaurants. It is possible to visit both of these on the public dolmus, which terminates at one and passes the other en route to Bodrum, which is 40 minutes away. The road above Turquoise is on the apex of the hill ,down the other side of the road is a very nice beach club, with a bar ,just above this is a restaurant, spa and infinity pool, which has stunning views over the sea

Fab Autumn break, my husband and I rented the apartment early October. The apartment was well furnished, so much better than some the Greek apartment holidays we had taken in the past. The views from the roof terrace are just stunning. We really enjoyed chilling out on the rooftop with a glass of wine or two in the evening. Next time we rent the apartment we will take the grandchildren, they will love it. There is a great pool for the kids and bar area for refreshments. Looking forward to our next holidy in Turkey.
