Paradise Beach Penthouse is ideally located in the exclusive Paradise Beach Resort which is situated right on the stunning Ponta Preta Beach, one of the most beautiful tropical beaches in the world. The penthouse offers plenty of space for 6 guests with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. All of the spacious bedrooms have their own private balconies which open out to amazing views of the sea. In the Paradise Beach Resort you will find no end of amenities including 7 communal swimming pools, tennis courts, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, boutiques and a beauty parlour. If you do want to venture away from the resort you are just a 25 minute stroll from the traditional town of Santa Maria with its cobbled streets and brightly coloured houses. This penthouse is the perfect place to relax and soak up the year-round sunshine that Sal offers in abundance!

A note about the resort: Phase 1 of the resort, where the penthouse is located, is finished and the gardens and pools are also finished, but because phase one of the resort has only recently been completed, there are no facilities like shops, restaurants, bars etc on the resort. All building work on phase 2 is complete, with the exception of the gardens and pools, therefore there isn’t any building work taking place on the resort. However, you would need to treat the penthouse as a base for your holiday and use facilities outside of the resort. The local old town of Santa Maria which has numerous restaurants, bars, shops etc, is a 5 minute taxi ride away, costing only 4 Euros.  The very reasonable rates for the penthouse reflect the current facilities on the resort and it is a bargain for luxury accommodation!

The Penthouse has been furnished to a high standard in a contemporary design and the owner certainly hasn't cut any corners when it comes to style and comfort.

Paradise Beach Penthouse is split over two floors and is detached, so it offers privacy and quiet even for larger groups. Access to the penthouse is via stairs or your own private lift.

On the ground floor of the property you enter into a light and airy hallway with access to the guest WC. This leads through to the large open plan living/dining area with luxury, contemporary furnishings. There are two leather sofas with ample seating for 6, a Plasma TV with satellite channels and a DVD player. The dining table is situated right next to the patio doors leading out onto the huge terrace so that you can enjoy the wonderful sea views even whilst dining inside. There is dining seating for 6.

The kitchen area is also open plan and is equipped with all mod cons including a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and fridge/freezer. Basically everything you need to make your self catering holiday stress free!

On the ground floor you will also find the large master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and doors leading out onto the balcony. You'll find a king size bed and lots of wardrobe space in the master bedroom. The en-suite has a shower, washbasin and WC.

Upstairs there are two further twin bedrooms. Both bedrooms have lots of storage space and both have doors leading out onto the huge wrap-around balcony with glorious sea views. There is another bathroom on this floor with shower, washbasin and WC. The whole property is air conditioned at no extra cost.

The Penthouse has masses of outside space and plenty of furniture to enjoy it on. You'll find seating for 6 around the outside dining table. There are luxurious sun loungers with mattresses and comfy lounge chairs around tables for enjoying drinks in the evening. It really is about outside living in Cape Verde and this property allows you to do it in style!

This Penthouse is wonderful. We had a really relaxing holiday, it was so peaceful on the resort, as it only opened during the latter part of 2011, therefore there weren't many people about. We loved Santa Maria, it has a lovely local atmosphere with plenty of good restaurants, which are very good value. We do like our fish, which we found so good and very cheap, about 5 Euros for a main course fish dish. If you go to Santa Maria, you must go in the mornings and watch the local fishermen selling their catch on the pier. We found the Penthouse very comfortable, it is very new and had everything we needed. The rooms were large, as well as the balconies, with ample sunbeds, tables, chairs and also armchairs and a sofa, so we made good use of this for wining and dining. Hopefully, we will come back again, soon I hope!

Lovely top floor penthouse apartment with great sea views. Quality furniture both inside and on the 2 huge balconies. Large lounge and bedrooms, with a massive TV in the lounge and another one in the bedroom! As it is detached, we found it very quiet and private. The beach being only a minute away was great for our morning and evening strolls. Loved the local town. Great stay.
