This magnificent marina Penthouse apartment is situated in what is widely believed to be the very best location in Agadir. Located only a few yards from the beach, quite apart from the spacious interior and quality fixtures and fittings the TRULY UNBEATABLE feature of this property is the enormous totally private roof terrace (probably the largest on the entire complex!), which is equipped with numerous loungers, dining table and chairs. Although it benefits from the (very important) advantage of all day sun, there is a large, decorative pergola covering part of the area to provide plenty of shade when necessary - IT REALLY DOES NOT GET MUCH BETTER THAN THIS SPOT!!!
FREE WI-FI is now also available at Le Blancs bar. This beach front cafe is a two minute walk from your accommodation. So you can surf the net whilst watching the surf roll in.
The apartment also benefits from the brand new Motorway that links Agadir to Marrakech. This superb new super fast toll road has recently opened, the new motorway literally cuts straight through the Atlas mountains offering magnificent scenery and slashes travel time down from 3.5 hours to a mere 1.5 hours. This really does make a day trip to this magnificent city a must.
NOW OPEN on the Marina a GYM AND SPA - Spa by Terraké
A new fully equipped fitness centre with Spa, Jacuzzi, Massage Treatments, Moroccan Hamam, Sauna and Steam Room. Now open on the marina and is available to everyone for a small daily charge, within a two minutes walk of all the marina apartments.

Agadir Marina Penthouse Apartment (sleeps 5)
The lounge/living area is furnished in a mixture of comfortable traditional Moroccan colours, style and European practicality. This area also has a large flat screen high-definition TV, DVD player with a selection of movies and a satellite TV service which provides a few English channels from the BBC and Sky along with numerous international channels.
The large fully fitted kitchen features all modern appliances including large fridge freezer, washing machine, oven and hob, microwave, kettle and toaster plus it is equipped with all crockery, cutlery and utensils. We also provide an iron, ironing board and a clothes airer.
The master bedroom has a king size bed and an en-suite fully fitted bathroom and its own private balcony. The second bedroom has twin beds and has a separate bathroom with bath, shower, bidet, wc etc.
The option of air conditioning/heating is available throughout the apartment for a nominal fee should you require it.

The apartment was well equipped in Agadir Marina and the representative was very lovely.
We had a fantastic stay at Agadir Marina. The apartment was just what we were looking for, and the whole holiday was relaxing, sunny, and fun!
Amazing roof terrace!
We got back late last night from Agadir. We had a fantastic week, beautiful weather, cloudless skies and 28 to 30 degrees every day! Good tans all round.  The apartment and location were brilliant and we hired a car for some of the time. The pool was still warm enough and super clean in the immaculate gardens. The apartment is very comfortable and obviously the Marina is very upmarket.  One small thing/bit of feedback. We go away a lot and choose self-catering so that we can eat out some of the time, but eat in also, especially breakfast and lunch and some evenings. In the kitchen, there were only a very few number of cups and glasses etc. Fatima was absolutely brilliant, agreed it needed sorting out and arrived next day with glasses, mugs, pyrex dish etc from the hypermarket. For a pretty small outlay, she has updated/added to what was in the kitchen to a useable level.  We thought it best to be upfront about this as other guests may have thought the same thing about what was in the kitchen, but said nothing which we all know is a much worse customer to have!  Please pass on our thanks to Fatima as we thought she was excellent/helpful and  extremely professional.  Thanks very much again for the use of your gorgeous apartment.

We've booked with you before in the past, and your service/villas are more than exceptional!! The apartment in Agadir was amazing and having the rooftop terrace to ourselves was awesome! Julia, Just to let you know we all got home safely in the early hours of this morning. Agadir was brilliant. The days were hot, the nights were (a jacket) cooler. The apartment was brilliant. Bigger than we expected, especially the roof terrace. Brilliant, absolutely brilliant.
