The enchanting Spanish Village of Mijas boasts a wealth of culture, scenic views, shops and restaurants. The coast is also within easy striking distance where you will find award winning beaches and a host of activities.
The Villa has five spacious bedrooms ensuring restful surroundings for every guest whilst the wonderfully presented living areas are perfect for relaxation and spending time with family and friends. Externally the property boasts a large and impressive infinity pool which is perfectly complimented by the villas fantastic sun terraces and private gardens. The balconies & terraces offer breathtaking views of the countryside and coast.

On entering the villa on the ground floor you are greeted by a grand entrance hall which leads through to the well presented and carefully designed living areas. The lounge is particularly large and offers plenty of seating and comfortable surroundings. The lounge is on the South side of the villa so it is light and bright at all times. Entertainment is provided via a flat screen TV, DVD and CD player. There is an open fire for those who visit La Paz in the cooler months. The marble floor throughout keeps the living area lovely and cool. The patio doors from the lounge lead out onto a large terrace where you will find extra comfortable chairs and dining table. This superb terrace offers shade and the perfect spot for al fresco dining or just sitting back with a drink and a book. The main dining area sits just off the lounge and provides ample space for ten people. The tastefully designed and well equipped kitchen overlooks the living rooms so even those doing the cooking are still involved. There is plenty of preparation surfaces and the modern appliances make meal preparations simple. There are fabulous views to be enjoyed from the kitchen windows. The Ground floor also provides two good sized bedrooms. The first bedroom offers a double bed whilst the second has four singles which is an ideal room for the children. The bedrooms are serviced by two full bathrooms. There is also a useful utility room and guest WC.
The first floor provides a further three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Bedroom 5 again offers 4 single beds and shares a fabulous balcony with the master bedroom. The balcony is south facing and offers breathtaking views of the delightful Spanish campo. The master has an en-suite whilst the other two bedrooms share a family bathroom.
Externally the South facing landscaped private gardens boast a large infinity pool and sun terrace. The pool has amazing views of the surrounding countryside and offers a refreshing dip in the midday heat. A good sized BBQ is also on hand so there is no need to cook in doors if you don't want to. There is also a wonderful courtyard with an impressive fountain feature. The courtyard is a great sun trap for those looking for the ultimate sun tan. There is private parking on the drive and entrance to the villa is via electric gates.
