Villa Casa Paseros (sleeps 24) & Lodge (sleeps 4)
An extremely large superb equipped fully modernised 11 bedroom, 7 bathroom, 3 kitchen villa and seperate Lodge fully air conditioned/heated throughout
The property boasts numerous secluded gardens and terraces with large heated pool, 50" flat screen plasma TV, satellite channels, DVD player and a selection of films there is also a 32" plasma t.v. in the lodge with satellite channels.
Casa Paseros makes a bold statement with a large imposing 2 storey entrance hall/dining room with galleried landing leading to first floor which comprises:
Large master bedroom (1) with beautiful NEW super king size four poster bed, dressing room complete with fitted wardrobes, en-suite bathroom with bath, shower, bidet, double washbasin and WC. This opens onto Bedroom 2 comprising of twin beds and a sofa bed with French doors leading onto the upper balcony overlooking the pool and gardens.
The 3rd bedroom on this floor has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom,plus its own french doors access to the balcony.
Bedroom 4 on the ground floor has a double bed, en-suite bathroom as before and French doors leading to the lower balcony.
Bedroom 5 is situated on the lower floor consisting of twin beds and a sofa bed with en-suite shower and WC. On the same floor bedroom 6 has been furnished with bunk beds while bedroom 7 has twin beds

Kitchen 2 is also on the lower floor and has been fully equipped with all modern appliances, crockery and utensils.
The living accommodation on the ground floor comprises huge lounge area with ample seating with bay window enjoying magnificent panoramic views over the golf course and mountains, plus a feature fire place for a log fire in the cooler months.
The newly fitted state of the art kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, oven and hob, microwave and an American style fridge freezer, plus ample pots, pans etc. to cater for your party.
There is also a separate WC on the ground floor.
All rooms have air con/heating.
The ground floor balcony is accessed from the entrance hall and the lounge and is fully under cover and makes an excellent outdoor dining area.
The Separate Lodge
In the lower garden is accessed by a spiral staicase this comprises of an open plan lounge/sitting room /bedroom a fully equipped kitchen and ensuite bathroom
kitchen 3 has been fitted with hob, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, cutlery and all utensils. The lodge easily houses another three guests, (Bedroom 11)has twin beds and double sofa bed if required, served by en-suite bathroom 7 with shower, washbasin and WC.
The lodge offers more privacy to large parties with totally separate sunbathing terrace and loungers from the main villa.
There are numerous bars, restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy and a newsagent within a short walk of the villa.

Just a line to let you know we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Casa Paseros from 2nd to 9th September. It was just as lovely as the pictures show. Everything went very smoothly and we would definitely use Panoramic Villas again. Agnes was very helpful and was at the end of the phone if we needed her.

I loved my christmas and new year Holiday in your Villa.. was FANTASTIC... I see it getting renovated cant see how you can improve on perfection!
We had an excellent trip. The villa was just as amazing as it looked on the website, and even though the two basement rooms weren't ideal for our needs, it worked out just fine and the rest of the villa made up for it. Will definitely recommend to others and consider going back at some point.
The villa is perfect for a holiday with friends or family. The communal living spaces and outdoor areas are excellent. The highlight of our trip was time spent at the property and actually made our holiday much cheaper as we didn't want to eat out etc. Agnes was very helpful during our stay and kept in regular contact to ensure our stay was a nice one. Couldn't recommend it more.
Hi Allan/Julia, For the last 4 years we have had family holidays in Spain that have all been good but this year was by far the most relaxing and enjoyable. Thank you. The Villa was more than we all expected, it was clean, lovely and big and of a very high standard, you certainly do take pride in keeping your places lovely. I want to say a special thanks to yourself, Agnes and Neil, who we meet. You all made us feel very welcome which does make a difference when you're in an unfamiliar place. Thank you again and not just from when we arrived in Spain, it's all the extra bits you, Julie and the great team you have provided, you certainly made every part of our holiday a great success. Hello Allan and Julia, I just wanted to thank you for our brilliant holiday and say a huge thank you, the weather was not to good but the fact u gave us the Florida pool heater helped a great deal as like i said we are wet anyway so we all used the pool its was lovely and clean, and Phil was a star... came a lot to make sure we were ok and if we needed firewood he took us, he was remarkable and so friendly. Agnes well what can I say she was SATISFACTORY lol I'm only joking she was an absolute star and made us very welcome and again she went out of her way to help us in anyway she could, sadly i fell on my way into town and Agnes took time out to take me to hospital and waited and brought me back. Don't know what we would of done without her and Phil. The villa it's self was truly amazing its was just as it said on the tin.. clean and very luxurious we had a floor each. for the 10 days we were there we lived like kings and queens all our needs were pampered too by Agnes and Phil so once again thank you so much. Hope to use you again. Oh congratulations on the birth of your grand daughter and I hope the family are ok. Thanks so much.
Hi Julia, Just a quick note to say thank you for the returned deposit, Agnes left it with one of the guys as I had already left for the airport before she arrived. The Villa was all we expected and more, beautiful views, lovely pool and a TV very much fit for viewing the World Cup!! We all had a great week and made good use of the bbq on those long summer nights. I'd be grateful if you would pass on our appreciations to Agnes, she was always on hand should we need anything. I'd like to think that we'll return in the future or maybe try one of your other villas one day.
