A wonderful, charming single level villa set in extensive private gardens with a large heated pool and water slide. This villa offers total privacy in a secure location a few minutes away from all amenities including restaurants, bars and shops and is extremely popular with families returning year after year - you really have to book early to avoid disappointment. The views from the villa are breathtaking.

Family friendly accommodation, ideal for elderly, fully air conditioned, large flat screen high definition TV, DVD player and a selections of films.

Villa Sonja (sleeps 5) Mijas Costa, Costa Del Sol

Villa Sonja consists of entrance hall, open plan lounge and dining room with log fire for the cooler evenings, Sky satellite TV, DVD player and French windows leading to the large poolside patio. The kitchen is equipped with oven and hob, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher etc. with separate laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board.

The master bedroom has a king size bed and an en-suite bathroom with bath, shower, washbasins and WC.
Bedroom 2 has a double bed and there is a third single bedroom, these 2 rooms share the facilities of the family bathroom which has a shower, washbasin and WC.

This style of accommodation would provide an excellent base for families or elderly people who want to enjoy the privacy and security of a single level luxury villa.

You will find numerous bars, restaurants, supermarket, newsagent, pharmacy etc. within walking distance of the villa.

The property sits in impressive landscaped gardens to front and rear providing both sunny and shady areas, with an extensive terrace and barbecue area with sun loungers and dining furniture surrounding the large heated pool with slide. The terrace area offers stunning views over the golf course and mountains. Large lawned area, ornamental flower garden to rear of the property and orchard area with fruit trees.

The private pool can be heated and is 12 x 6 metres approx. within a large lawned garden with an ornamental flower garden and fruit trees.

Just got back from a Brill time in Villa Sonja, didn't want to leave, Agnes the rep was brill as well, just wondering if we can reserve Villa Sonja for next year the 1st 2 weeks in August think its the 3rd Aug to the 17 Aug.
