Cascadas Penthouse 2 is loacted in Calahonda, just a few minutes from beautiful Cabopino Beach and marina with fantastic selection of restaurants and bars. The resort is one of the most popular in the area with 2 fantastic communal pools and views down to the sea. A tourist train leaves the resort every half an hour in peak season and takes you down to the beach so car hire is not a necessity. Spain's Costa del Sol is a fantastic choice of holiday destination for sun worshippers, golf enthusiasts, shopoholics and those who enjoy good food and drink!

The apartment is located on the top floor offering fantastic views of the sea below. It has a lovely private terrace, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The apartment is well equipped with a TV, DVD player and satellite channels.

Cascadas Penthouse 1 is furnished and equipped to an exceptional standard in a contemporary style. The apartment is accessed via an elevator and the accommodation comprises of:

A spacious open plan living and dining room with 2 large leather sofas, a coffe table, TV with DVD player and satellite channels. There is a dining table that seats 6. Patio doors run the length of this room, opening ou onto the terrace and offering fantastic sea views.

The modern kicthen is fully equipped with everything you'll need for a self catering holiday including a cooker, dishwasher and washing machine. Cooking utensils and crockery are also provided.

There are 3 large double bedrooms in the apartment. The master bedroom has a beautiful en-suite bathroom with bath, shower, washbasin and WC. It also has access on to the balcony. Bedroom 2 also has balcony access. All 3 rooms have fitted wardrobes and bedside tables with plenty of storage space.

Outside there is a wonderful terrace with sea views. There are loungers to relax on and soak up the sun. The complex has 2 large communal pools and beautiful manicured gardens that you can also sunbathe in.

There is undergound secure parking included in the rental.

Linen and towels are also provided.
