Fantastic 3 bedroom villa with solar heated pool, just 2 minutes from Mojacar beach.
Panoramic Clara vista 1 is fully air conditoned and furnished to a high standard. Clara vista 1 has three spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms, sleeping up to seven people comfortably. The villa has stunning sea views and is just a few minutes walk from all the amenities of Mojacar. Each bedroom in Claravista 1 has its own balcony or terrace. The living space offers plenty of room to relax and it is equipped with a TV, DVD and CD player for your entertainment. Clara vista 1 also has a lovely wood burning stove to keep you cosy in the winter months. This is a great spot for golfers, sun worshippers, divers and walkers.
Clara vista 1 (Sleeps 7) Mojacar Villa
Clara vista 1 has a large, comfortable living room with seating for 6 people on 2 sofas. There is a TV, DVD player and CD player for your entertainment and there is also wireless internet which you can use free of charge.
The dining area is on a raised mezzanine level above the living room and ha a large wooden table with setaing for 6. There is also a wooden dresser and large windows that look out onto the terrace area. A high chair can be provided at no extra cost.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a 4 ring stove, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle and frideg freezer. All utensils, crockery and cutlery are also provided. There is a separate laundry area with washing machine, iron and ironing board.
There is a guest WC downstairs in the cloakroom.
There are 3 good sized bedrooms in each villa. The master bedroom has a double bed and leads out onto a large terrace with sun loungers and table and chairs. There is also an en-suite bathroom in the master bedroom which has bath with shower, a separate shower cubicle, washbasin and WC.
Bedrooms 2 and 3 both have 2 single beds and bedroom 2 also has room for another bed to be added if required. Both of these bedrooms have their own small balconies.
Outside the villa has a large undercover terrace with seating for 6 people and a fantastic BBQ area with charcoal BBQs. The solar heated pool is only shared between Claravista 1 and Claravista 2 next door and there are large terraces surrounding the pool with enough loungers for all guests. There are 2 car parking spaces.

Loved the Villa's we had brilliant time, great location, well equipped, Kids loved the place. Filtered water is a nice touch.
