Fabulous Apartment wonderfully placed for the coastal village of Yalikavak

Mimosa 22 is a delightful 2 bedroom, fully air conditioned spacious ground floor apartment situated on the excellent Hill View Gardens Resort with panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea and quaint local villages. The apartment is bright & airy throughout with large windows and a Juliette Balcony in the twin bedroom. The master bedroom has one large window and a set of patio doors that lead out onto the terrace.

The dining room has 2 large windows and a set of patio doors that also lead out to the terrace.  The terrace has steps built in which lead down to the garden. This apartment has a dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hobs, fridge/freezer, TV, satellite TV and DVD/CD player. The apartment also has sun-beds, mattresses, nest of tables and parasol, providing all you need for a well deserved relaxing break.

Apartment Mimosa 22 (sleeps 4/6)

Nestled amongst a lush green hillside is this gem of a resort called Hill View Gardens where absolutely everything has been considered for your benefit. All you need to do is bring a toothbrush and a few clothes.

The apartment is well designed and furnished, both bedrooms offer plenty of storage space and benefit from Juliet balcony. Imagine dining ‘al fresco style’ on the balcony or enjoying a morning coffee on the Juliette balcony. The master bedroom has a double bed, bedroom 2 with twin beds and a good sized sofa bed in the lounge area. The apartment is open plan with plenty of seating available, relax in the comfort of the living room with TV, satellite TV(BBC world/Euro news) and DVD/CD player. The fully fitted kitchen has all modern appliances to make your self catering stay easy.

Less than 100 metres away from our apartment you will find the restaurant complete with licensed bar, rooftop-bar and snack bar. There is also a BBQ area, swimming pools (indoor/outdoor) and water-slides and Jacuzzi, not to mention the gymnasium, sauna, tennis courts, giant chess, and shop. There are many communal pools (with sun loungers and giant scatter cushions) dotted around the resort of which you are free to use any though the main pool/slides are the closest to our apartment.

We also have a 24 hour reception, this is where you and your family can arrange car hire, trips or take a shuttle bus to Yalikavak, Bodrum and Turgutreis.

The lounge has a double sofa bed and can sleep 2 people should this be required.

Completed in 2007 and constructed by ‘Artev Homes’, one of Turkey’s most respected builders who were voted Constructor of the Year in 2006.

The restaurant caters for all needs ranging from breakfast, lunch, evening meal and snacks they will also cater for you to take away your meal. The on site mini-market provides all your daily requirements. There are large supermarkets a few miles away, providing a full range of products just like you would find in the UK.
