Wonderful Holiday Villa with Private pool & breathtaking views of the Aegean Sea

Villa Nergis is a fully air conditioned (optional), detached 2 bedroom holiday villa situated in the grounds of the impressive HillView Gardens Holiday Resort. The gated resort offers a great range of facilities and is located above the coastal village of Yalikavak with its fabulous beaches. The villa boasts stunning views and is wonderfully presented. The open plan living space is bright and airy and leads straight out onto the terrace which overlooks the villas gardens and private pool. The villas bedrooms are comfortable and offer a restful nights sleep.

Villa Nergis 1 (sleeps 4/6)

Internally the villa boasts a large open plan plan living space that encompasses a good sized lounge with comfortable seating, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. The lounge has a TV and DVD player for entertainment and patio doors lead straight out onto one of the sun terraces. There is also access from the kitchen onto the main terrace where al fresco meals and ice cold drinks can be taken whilst you take in the stunning scenery. On the first floor of the villa you will find the two bedrooms both of which are en-suite. The master bedroom has an excellent private balcony and is perfect for a breakfast in the early morning sun or drinks in the evening. Following up from the bedrooms you will find a useful kitchenette that services guests who want to use the large sun roof terrace for that perfect tan or to simply take in the amazing views.

The lounge has a double sofa bed and can sleep 2 people should this be required.

Villa Nergis has a private garden which runs all around the villa with garden furniture, sun beds (with mattresses), sun shades, private pool and stunning panoramic views of the coast and mountains. The rear of the villa backs onto a nature area which makes the garden very private. The roof top terrace has a BBQ

The Hill View Gardens resort is very friendly and not very large so it is not overcrowded. In addition to your private pool at the villa you also have the main communal pool which is adjacent to the restaurant and bar and has a water slide and Jacuzzi. There are plenty of secluded pools and loungers tucked away in the grounds offering stunning panoramic views and great places to settle for some peace and relaxation. On site is a twenty four hour reception to help out with any requests,

"A fantastic place" We very much enjoyed our stay at Nergis 1. It is very well equipped, and felt like a real home for the two weeks we were there. It has a perfect location with great views - couldn't fault it. We love Yalikavak and the general Bodrum area. So many lovely places to see, always with good views. “A Chilling and Relaxing Stay” “Had an amazing time here in Nergis 1, at Hillview Gardens. A home from home. All the staff here are extremely friendly, as are the Turkish people in general. We recommend getting out and about, with lots to see and do. The beach at Myndos (Gumusluk) is ideal; the food at Gumushluk on the front is excellent.
