Tamarind Villa occupies one of the best plots on Veranda Palms, overlooking the beautiful lake. The villa itself is furnished to an exceptional standard with sumptuous fabrics and state of the art technology.
Grand volume ceilings and a wonderful open living space give the home a truly spacious feel and with its 2 living areas, 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms there is room enough for everyone.
This stunning property consists of:
MASTER BEDROOM – Fully fitted with beautiful furnishings, a large King size bed and flat screen HD LCD TV, plus its own deluxe en-suite bathroom.
BEDROOM 2 – Fully fitted with a Queen size bed, a large walk in wardrobe, dresser, TV, telephone and a full en suite bathroom.
BEDROOM 3 – Again fully fitted with a Queen size bed, a large walk in wardrobe, dresser, TV, telephone and a full en suite bathroom.
BEDROOMS 4 & 5- Both fully fitted with twin beds, a chest of drawers and large fitted wardrobes. They share an adjoining bathroom.
The large formal living room opens out into the dining area which has a table seating 6 people.
The large fully equipped kitchen opens out to the beautifully furnished family room with 42" LCD TV and blu ray DVD player. There is also a separate utility room containing a washing machine and tumble dryer.
Tamarind Villa certainly makes a bold statement with its wonderful spacious open gathering areas and grand volume ceilings, Top quality Furnishings throughout, all fully air conditioned. Upstairs you will also find a full sized pool table.
In the garage there is also a games room with table tennis table and a fooseball table.
Externally the villa has a superb, fully enclosed south east facing 30ft x 15ft pool and jacuzzi with a deck area equipped with recliners and patio table and chairs.

Good location for 192 and access to 535 & I4. Sun rises to pool at 0700 and stays in pool area to early evening. Large area to shade from sun. Versatile accommodation with plenty of 'family' games to hand. This is one of the better villas we have stayed in during 20+ years of villa rental in this area.
We all had a fab time the villa,pool and area was beautiful
