Efficient service. Information re the holiday booking was clear & concise & everything we needed to know about the villa was supplied well in advance. We had a couple of initial problems that they quickly sorted i.e the instruction sheet re the safe box was missing & the bathroom plunger was broken. I would use this company again.Product : We only had a brief stay & the villa had everything our family of 6 could ask for. Our teenagers particularly enjoyed the games room. My only criticism would be lack of any privacy around the pool area as it was overlooked.

Excellent property with the wow factor as you walk in. Minor problems unable to work the safe, electric kettle not functioning.Pool was brilliant and kept safe for children by having a removable fence to ensure access was restricted to use with adult supervision.Great games room.Easy access to all the theme parks. we would highly recommend this property.

All purchase details were well run and efficient Good directions to the property Photographs gave a realistic view of the property.Product : Excellent property with the wow factor as you walk in. This villa was fantastic full of everything you need for your holiday and very close to a wide range of restaurants bars shops and supermarkets and a really great location to all the parks. The only downfall is that we had to come home and leave this beautiful villa.

Panoramic villas were amazing ! Super helpful & made everything so straight forward ... Would definitely use again !Product : Absolutely gorgeous villa with pool ... excellent location ! Wish we would of stayed longer , it was a real home from home .

I found the whole booking process very straightforward and I felt any questions were answered promptly.Product : My husband and I have just returned from a weeks stay at this lovely apartment.The apartment is spacious and well equipped.Sue the owner was very quick to respond to any queries and also very helpful.The pool and surrounding gardens are very well cared for.We would definately return to this apartment.I would just say to anyone who has mobility issues that there is quite a steep hill from the beach but the train station to Fuengirola or surrounding resorts is very near to the apartment and the service is very frequent and inexpensive(€3.60) return to Fuengirola.All in all a lovely experience.

Had a booking with Panoramic for a villa in Florida, but 1 of our group was rejected for the USA visa waiver and was required to attend the Consulate for an interview, which could not be arranged in time.
I was able to find an alternative villa in Spain with Panoramic and everything was booked and confirmed within 24 hours.

Third villa I've booked through Panoramic and it won't be the last. Site is clear and easy to use and once the villa is paid for all the necessary information regarding contacts etc. is sent to you. The villas I have rented have been beautiful and the representative in the resort very helpful. Highly recommended.

Your website was easy to use and navigate. The steps to book, reserve, pay and secure the villa was easy. When I did have an issue I emailed straight away and you sorted the problem quickly without fuss and ensured that I was able to book the villa I wanted. Spacious apartment, very clean with everything you need. Good shower, huge balcony. Very quiet. Easy parking with designated space. Really need a car so that you can explore but you can walk to the seafront in 10 minutes. Longer to get to the bars and restaurants. Cab was easy to get, 8/10 euros.

The site was very easy to use and the communication was prompt and answered every question. They were very accommodating during these tough times and did everything they could to put our minds at rest regarding the holiday going ahead. We enjoyed our stay in Kissimmee, beautiful house, it was very clean and spacious. We loved the location, close to shops and restaurants. The sun lounger needs to be renewed and the hose by the swimming pool was leaking.

The apartment was spotless and it was lovely to find some essentials and a bottle of wine in the fridge on arrival. The pool was lovely and sun loungers were always available. The location was great near station supermarket and choice of restaurants.

The house was beautiful, very spacious and clean and in the perfect location for us.The reason I gave it 4 stars was that the washing machine wasn't working properly and although the management company sent a repair man out twice it still didn't work so it made things difficult for us. Also, the garage is described as a games room but none of the equipment was usable. That didn't really matter to us but it would be a problem if a family with kids wanted to make use of it. We would certainly book the house again for next year once we get our dates sorted.
