Large 4 Bedroom Villa near to Alhaurin el Grande with Private Pool, Wi-Fi & Games Room

A little piece of paradise in a stunning location. A lovely 4 bedroom holiday villa that provides wonderful outside living space where you can take full advantage of the beautiful scenery and warm sunshine whilst inside the open plan living space ensures a sociable and family oreintated atmosphere.  

The villa is well equipped and designed to keep everyone in the group happy.  The Villa comes with a pool table, dart board, exercise machine and 1980's style Arcade Machine so entertainment no matter how old you are is never far away. The Villa has Wi-Fi so makes sure any internet requirements are covered. The Hot Tub and private pool are the perfect areas to go for a dip.  The covered terrace offers shade as well as the ideal place for a drink in the evening.  All Al Fresco meals are covered by the superb external cooking facilities where you will find a BBQ and Gas Hobs.   There is plenty of space around the pool for sunbathing along with a well positioned Bench swing on a raised viewing area that allows you to take in the stunning vistas.

Internally, the villa is spacious with plenty of comfortable seating in the lounge.  The dining area and breakfast bar make meal times easy for large groups. The 4 bedrooms are nicley presented across 2 buildings and are all on one level making access easy.

The villa is located near to the attractions and amenities of Alhaurin el Grande and Coin but far enough away to allow complete relaxation and privacy during your stay in this superbly presented holiday home.

4 Bed Villa in Alhaurin el Grande, Sleeps 14

A beautifully presented air conditioned holiday home set in impressive countryside surroundings but ideally placed for the bustling towns of Alhaurin el Grande and Coin on the Costa del Sol. The holiday home is made up two single storey buildings the first is home to the living areas, two of the four bedrooms and a bathroom whilst the second hosts two bedrooms and two bathrooms. 

On entering the main building you are greeted by an open plan living area that hosts the spacious main lounge, dining and kitchen areas.  The living area has comfortable seating from which you can enjoy some Television or favourite DVD on the flat screen TV or listen to some music or simply relax and read a book.  For cooler nights a log fire is available to warm the entire house through.   Large Patio doors let lots of light in and lead straight out onto the terracing and pool areas.  

The dining table and chairs are ornate and are well served by the adjacent modern kitchen that has a breakfast bar with stools as well as extra seating through a cosy settee which also converts into a double bed.   There is also a utility room that has access to the grounds.  

There are 2 bedrooms in the main house and each have access out onto the grounds through patio doors and share a well equipped bathroom.

The annexe building hosts two more bedrooms that can sleep up to 8 guests in total.  The bedrooms are accompanied by two bathrooms.  The 2nd of these bedrooms is large and hosts 2 bunk beds and a double bed along with cots making it the ideal family room.  There are also two guest bathrooms making sure there is room for everyone to get ready for the days adventures.  

Externally, the villa really comes to life and hosts everything a holiday home needs to make it entertaining, fun, relaxing and a real home from home. The covered terrace that can be accessed from the kitchen or twin bedroom is the real hub of the home.  The terrace area brings the inside outside. There is a lovely lounge area with plush Moroccan seating, a full dining table and chairs and even a kitchen area with large Gas BBQ, fridge and four ring Hob making cooking and eating Al Fresco style incredibly easy.  The terrace hosts a wonderful Hot Tub, perfect for relaxing the muscles after a hard day golfing or down at the beach.  There is also a music system, pool table, darts board, Arcade game and board games.  

Out from the covered terrace are wonderfully landscaped grounds that provide plenty of space for sunbathing around the private pool or heading up to the raised decking where you will be able to take in the stunning sunsets and sunrises.  The decked area is host to double sun bed with privacy curtains, throw cushions and roof making it the perfect romantic spot.  There is also a double swing seat for rocking back and forth on whilst enjoying a glass of the local Vino as you look out over the campo.  There is a large drive with plenty of space for parking.

The Villa is within a short 8 minute drive of both Alhaurin el Grande and Coin where you will find plenty of fantastic eateries and bars as well as shops and local attractions.  In Coin you will find the huge La Trocha shopping centre where you really can get everything under one roof include all your food shopping.  You can even take in a movie, English screenings are shown daily.  Whatever you need you will find in these locations or you can head a little further down the coast and enjoy the beaches of Fuengirola and Benalmadena or the bright lights of Marbella and Puerto Banus before heading home to relax.
