A Stylish, Modern 3 Bedroom Villa with Private Inifnity Pool, Close to Amenities in Arroyo de la Miel

This light and spacious 3 bedroom villa is situated in Arroyo de la Miel, just a short walk from the centre of Arroyo de la Miel, and close to many attractions and local amenities including Tivoli World, the Telecabina cable cars and Selwo Marina. A few minutes’ drive will take you to a driving range and golf course.  The beaches and award-winning marina in the centre of Benalmadena are only 5 minutes’ drive away.

This modern and stylish villa is arranged over 2 floors.  It is very secure and offers driveway parking, a large south-east facing terrace and garden area and an infinity swimming pool. The terrace area features dining and seating areas, sun loungers and benefits from wonderful views 

over the urbanisation. Facilities also include a BBQ and free WiFi. 

Villa SP360 in Arroyo de la Miel, Benalmadena (Sleeps 6)

This two storey villa has well-proportioned, stylish accommodation; offering guests plenty of space to relax both inside and out.  You enter the property into a large and open hallway with a guest WC and the open plan lounge and dining area. The lounge is furnished with a large flat screen smart TV, comfortable sofas, and a feature fireplace.  There is direct access to the terrace and decking area which has modern outdoor sofas and dining furniture

The dining area inside the villa is furnished with a large dining table and chairs. Continue forward into the very modern kitchen with all the latest appliances including an espresso and cappuccino coffee machine, American-style fridge with ice maker, dishwasher, oven and hob as well as built-in fryer. There is a separate utility/ laundry room and an additional store room.

The stairs lead to the first floor and the 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a super king size bed, walk in dressing room, air conditioning and central heating and benefits from a full en suite bathroom with walk in power shower.

The second bedroom is furnished with twin beds, fitted wardrobes and has air conditioning and the third bedroom is furnished with twin beds fitted wardrobes and also has air conditioning. These bedrooms share the use of the guest shower room with walk in shower.

Outside the villa has an impressive infinity pool surrounded by a decked area with 4 sun loungers.  There is a covered dining terrace with comfortable dining seating and a BBQ so you can enjoy preparing meals al fresco.
