If you are looking for a holiday home with the ‘wow’ factor, look no further.  This incredible villa is truly luxurious and oozes quality throughout; with opulent bedrooms, marble flooring, beautiful furnishings, and high-quality appliances, you will truly feel like you are staying in five-star accommodation.

The villa has been completely refurbished with no expense spared.  It also has all the facilities you could ever want in a holiday home; a private heated pool with jacuzzi section, a large gas barbecue, lots of great outdoor seating areas, 60 inch TV with hundreds of channels, a stereo system so you can relax and listen to your tunes inside and outside the villa, and high speed fibre optic WiFi.

Situated in Cerros del Aguila, an exclusive urbanisation, just 5 minutes’ drive from the pretty coastal town of La Cala de Mijas; this location is perfect for those wanting to ‘get away from it all’ whilst being close to all amenities on the coast.  There are a handful of local restaurants and a supermarket within walking distance of the villa.  The bright lights and beaches of Fuengirola are just a short drive away, and Marbella is a 30 minute drive away.  Other highlights nearby are Marina Cabopino with quality bars and restaurants dotted around this pretty port and the picture-postcard perfect village of Mijas; both of which are a 20 minute drive from the villa.

Villas of this quality are hard to find and guests staying in this wonderful will never want to leave.  Villa SP399 is the only choice for the discerning holidaymaker who wants pure quality.

Villa SP399 in La Cala de Mijas (Sleeps 8)

This wonderful air conditoned villa has plenty of space for up to 8 guests to relax in complete comfort.  The main living space is stunning; with double height ceilings, marble floors covered in soft rugs, leather sofas, a 60 inch TV and large French doors that lead out to the pool and terrace.  The TV has hundreds of channels and fibre optic WiFi throughout.  There is also a music system that can be played inside or outside the villa.

Above the main living room is a beautiful, second living area with sofa seating.  This is the perfect place to curl up with a book or admire the views from the large window.  For those who cannot escape work whilst away, there is also a desk up here where you can catch up in emails.

Adjacent to the downstairs living room there is a formal dining room with seating for 8.  Doors lead out for here onto the terrace where there is more dining and lounge seating.

The kitchen in the villa is equipped with all mod cons, including a large American-style fridge freezer, dishwasher and a washing machine and dryer in the utility room.  There is an island in the middle of the kitchen with breakfast bar seating and an electric hob.  There is also access out to the terrace form the kitchen, making it easy to prepare meals and dine outside.

There are two bedrooms on the ground floor; Bedroom 2 has a king size bed, sofa seating, and large windows that let in lots of natural light.  This room has an en-suite shower room.  Bedroom 3 has a king size bed, sofa, access to the pool terrace and an en-suite shower room.  Both rooms are furnished beautifully, with high quality bedding and soft throws.

There is also a guest WC on the ground floor level.

Bedroom 4 is located on the lower floor.  This room has a double bed, and a sofa bed.  Again, the room is presented beautifully, and it has plenty of wardrobe space.  This room also has an en-suite shower room.

The first floor of the villa is where the spectacular master bedroom is located.  The sumptuous room has a king size bed, lounge area with sofa and arm chairs, and access out to a fantastic and spacious balcony.  The balcony is furnished with two high quality loungers and sofa seating. This is the perfect place to enjoy a relaxing drink after a hard day of sitting by the pool!

The huge master en-suite bathroom is truly gorgeous, with a raised spa bathtub, offering great views while you soak, double washbasins, and a large walk-in shower.

Outside, the villa is just as well presented.  The pool terrace is surrounded by mature hedges that offer guests privacy and there are lots of colourful potted plants dotted around the terraces.  The pool measures around 8 metres, with Roman steps into the shallow waters and a jacuzzi spa attached to the pool so you can relax in bubbles!  The pool can be heated in cooler months for a small charge (see rates for details.)
