Truly Exceptional, High Quality 4 Bedroom Villa with Private Pool

A fantastic 4 bedroom family villa situated on the exclusive upmarket Urbanisation of La Sierrezuela on Spain's Mijas Costa. This is a great location, just a short drive from picturesque Mijas Pueblo and the lively resort of Fuengirola. There are numerous golf courses within a 10 minute drive and there are a few handy shops and restaurants in the urbanisation within walking distance of your private villa.

The villa is the owners personal holiday home and hence is not the absolute cheapest, available as above all else it is the owners wish to safeguard and maintain the first class standards he expects for himself and is keen to deliver for his guests.

Therefore the cost is more than justified, as the property is furnished and presented to an exceptional standard throughout, absolute top quality fixtures, fittings and furniture and Egyptian cotton sheets. The owner really does go the extra yard to ensure all the quality boxes are all ticked.

This house is presented in a manner not normally associated with a rental property and also offers an abundance of space for guests to relax and unwind both inside and outside the property.

You can lie by your private pool with its electric cover and take in the wonderful views of the Mijas mountains that surround you before taking a cooling dip… This is the perfect family holiday villa, it really doesn't get much better.

Superb 4 Bed Villa in La Sierrezuela, Costa del Sol (Sleeps 8)

From the moment you arrive you will see that this villa is all about quality. The front of the house is surrounded by mature trees and colourful plants giving a mediterranean feel to the property. The driveway offers lots of space for parking and there is also a garage should you wish to use it.

The accommodation is all on one level and doors lead from the hallway into the large lounge room which has patio doors along one side that can be opened right out so that you can feel the breeze and also bring lots of light into the room. The lounge is air conditioned at no extra cost. The comfortable sofas can seat up to 8 guests and there is a lovely log burning fire for cooler evenings. The villa has a 42 inch Plasma TV, SKY satellite, Apple TV and a DVD player to keep you entertained.

The modern kitchen/dining area is perfect for socialising while you cook. All appliances are provided from an oven, dishwasher and fridge down to a toaster and kettle. Cooking utensils and crockery are also included. The open plan dining area has a table to seat 8 guests and doors lead out onto the patio and garden.

The villa has 4 bedrooms; 2 double room and 2 twin bedrooms. All of the rooms have plenty of space for storage and 2 of the rooms have en-suite bathrooms. There is also a further large family bathroom with bath and shower facilities. All of the bathrooms in the house are of a very high quality.
