Large Air Conditioned Penthouse Overlooking the Wonderful Cala Nova Marina in Sant Agusti
This large south facing penthouse apartment is in a residential complex and has magnificent and breathtaking views from the ample terraces over Cala Nova Marina to the Bay of Palma beyond. Cala Nova Marina, which has been extensively upgraded in recent years offers a number of water sports including boat charter, jet ski, paddle boarding, kayaks, jet surfing and various excursions. The gastrodock which features an open air cocktail bar with fabulous views across the marina and beyond as well as restaurant. A number of beaches of varying size are within short walking distance starting with the quaint Cala Nova with no facilities to Bourgonvilla (5 mins walk) with an open air restaurant beach bar adjoining the sea. Around a 10 minute walk is the larger Cala Mayor (Pelican) beach which is protected on both sides by large rocky outcrops. The beach has a number of facilities including sun beds and parasols to hire as well as a number of eateries and some water sports. A 15 minute walk to the west is Illetas beach which is medium sized with some facilities but is adjacent to the luxurious Purobeach Club.
Sant Agusti and the surrounding area is spoilt with rich history and culture and its fabulous amenities ensure there is something for everyone. A short distance to the east is the Marivent Palace which is the summer residence of the Spanish Royal family and to the west is the famous 5* Maricel Hotel where President Clinton once stayed. A 10 minute taxi ride or an hours walk, along the original coast road, will take you into the capital city of Palma. The promenade features a segrated bike lane and walkway along the various Marinas in the bay of Palma. The famous Cathedral is a monumental landmark but there is so much more to do such as visiting historical sites, museums, narrow streets in the old town with original features, Plaza Mayor where you can relax, have a drink and watch the world go by and of course shopping.
Further afield, there are a number of wineries that are open to the public or why not take the wooden train from Palma that was used to transport citrus fruit but today’s carries passengers through incredible scenery, across viaducts, bridges to the northern town of Soller. From here you can take a short tram to the port of Soller.
The apartment is fully air conditioned and has Satellite TV with a large variety of channels and a DVD player. Outside you'll find a large private, south facing terrace where you can have breakfast (with fresh produce from the bakery below) whilst enjoying the unspoilt views across the bay of Palma, where there is always something to see. There is a communal pool which can only be used by guests in this small apartment complex. Both the double bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms making this a great choice for 2 couples sharing or a family. A smaller east facing terrace which leads from the second bedroom includes a washing machine.
Penthouse- 2 bed apartment in Sant Agusti (Sleeps 5)
The Penthouse has 2 large bedrooms with plenty of storage. Both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms.
Bedroom 1 bathroom which has been fitted to a high standard with units in a modern white gloss finish. It features a walk-in shower complete with twin washbasins amd a large mirror as well as WC.
Bedroom 2 bathroom which has also been fitted to a high standard with units in a modern white gloss. It features a full size bath with over head shower and screen with washbasin and mirror as well as WC.
The spacious living area has a dining table which seats 6 people and ample comfortable seating in the lounge area where the magnificent views across the marina and into Palma bay can be enjoyed. The living area leads directly to the south terrace which is ideal for al fresco dining. The terrace also has sun blinds for moments when you need a bit of shade.
The open plan kitchen is fully fitted with oven, microwave, grill, fridge/freezer, coffe machine, kettle, toaster and has all utensils and crockery etc for upto 6 people.
The washing machine situated on the east terrace has ample outdoor drying.
There is a good size private communal pool for guests and residents to cool off in.
The front entrance to the apartment block is accessed by secure keys with the penthouse accessed by lift or stairs. CCTV is installed on the entrances to the lifts.
Check in and check out times can be varied by prior arrangement. Unsocial times may incur an additional small charge.

We enjoyed our stay. We settled in quickly and had everything we needed in the apartment.
From June 25-July 20, we enjoyed a comfortable stay at the Penthouse. This is a well located apartment that has a warm welcoming feel to it. It gets plenty of light and due to the regular sea breeze, we did not use the air-con during our stay. All amenities are close by, including a bakery serving delicious ensamalas, and it is just a short walk to the local beaches. Being on the main bus route to Porte Pi and central Palma, meant getting around locally without a car was quite easy, as the bus stops are located close by the apartment. The property manager, Linda, was accessible and on hand to answer any queries we had and she gave great local advice that helped us settle in quickly. A special thanks to Linda for her hospitality! We highly recommend staying at San Agustin Penthouse for your holiday.
Hello, we have rented the apartment in Palma from May 29th to June 10th. I have to say both the apartment and the area far outweighed our expectations. The view from the balcony was outstanding and the property manager Linda could not do enough for us.
