Beautiful, Bright, 2 Bed Apartment on a White Sandy Beach on the Porto Antigo II Resort

This is a 2 bedroom, air conditioned, beachfront apartment on the exclusive Porto Antigo II condominium on the popular island of Sal, Cape Verde.  Porto Antigo II is widely acknowledged as the most prestigious location on Sal Island. Apartment CV005 allows access to the beautiful white sandy beach in just a few steps and also enjoys uninterrupted views of the sea and the busy pier from its spacious living room patio area. There is a large shared swimming pool just 30 metres from the apartment.   The apartment is air conditioned and has satellite TV.  As well as 2 bedrooms there is also a large sofa bed in the living area that sleeps two.

There is patio furniture for you to sit out and relax on and sun loungers are available by the pool.  In the evenings the development including the pool area is beautifully lit up. You also have the advantage of being just a few minutes walk away from all the local amenities that Sal has to offer.

Apartment CV005 on Porto Antigo II, Sal, Cape Verde

This great value apartment benefits from having one of the best positions on the exclusive Porto Antigo II complex, only a few of the apartments have sea views and this is one of them.  If you can tear yourself away from the soft white sands and welcoming turquoise waters then the apartment interior also has lots to offer...

The patio leads into a spacious open plan living area with double sofa bed, TV with satellite channels, a DVD player and a coffee table.  There is an extending table that can seat 6.  The living area also incorporates an open plan kitchen which has all mod cons to make your self catering holiday as easy as possible including all crockery and cooking utensils, an iron, a kettle, a toaster, a sandwich maker and a large fridge /freezer.  There are two good sized bedrooms, one with a double bed with plenty of storage space and patio with fantastic views whilst the second bedroom has twin single beds with a large wardrobe.  There is a large modern bathroom with a walk in shower, washbasin with vanity unit, WC and bidet.

Outside, as well as the patio looking out across the sea there is also a patio off the main bedroom with seating for two, ideal for watching the beautiful sunsets the island of Sal has to offer. 

Please note that check in time for this property is 3pm.  If your flight arrives in the early hours of the morning (as many do in Cape Verde) you may need to book an extra nights' stay.
