A Very Well Equipped 4 Bedroom Villa with Private Pool and Spectacular Views

This lovely 4 bedroom villa has everything you could possibly wish for in a holiday home.  The 10 metre by 5 metre pool has amazing views over the mountains and the Mediterranean.  There is even a spring board for kids young and old to enjoy!  The villa is extremely well equipped with WiFi internet; IPTV with lots of UK channels, including sport; air conditioning throughout; a BBQ and driveway parking for up to three cars.

The villa is situated in Arroyo de la Miel, in a quiet residential area just five minutes’ drive, or a 25 minute walk from local restaurants and shops.  There are two well-stocked supermarkets along with a few bars and restaurants as well as a bus stop within a 10 minute walk downhill from the villa. 

Arroyo de la Miel train station is just 5 minutes’ drive away, with routes into Malaga and Fuengirola.  Whitewashed Benalmadena Pueblo is a 5 minute drive from the villa and this is brimming with traditional restaurants and cafes.  The world famous Puerto Marina in Benalmadena has a superb selection of shops, bars and restaurants.  Benalmadena also has miles of soft, sandy beaches.  The nearest beach can be reached on foot with a 40minute walk or a few minutes drive.

There are numerous golf courses nearby and families will be be entertained with Tivoli World theme park, Selwo marine park and water parks all close by.

Villa SP358 in Arroyo de la Miel, Spain (Sleep 7-9)

This well presented, well equipped 4 bedroom villa has bright accommodation all on one level.  This lovely family villa has all modern conveniences with air conditioning throughout, WiFi and IPTV with extensive UK channels, including sports.

The living room has comfortable sofa seating, a flat screen TV and doors that lead out onto the terrace.  There is also a dining area in this open plan space with table and chairs to seat 6.  Light streams through the large windows and doors into this room, making it the perfect place for relaxation.

The fully fitted kitchen has all appliances you will need including a large American-style fridge freezer, cooker, hob and washing machine.  There is enough crockery, glassware and cookware to cater for up to 9 guests.

The villa has four bedrooms, all on the ground level, with air conditioning and plenty of storage in each room.  Bedroom one is adjacent to the living room and this has a single bed in it.

Bedroom two is a double room with lots of wardrobe space.  Bedroom three is a twin room and Bedroom four is a double room with large en-suite bathroom with bath, walk-in shower and double washbasins.  Bedrooms three and four both have walk-in wardrobes for those that like to pack heavy!

Two additional camp beds can be added to the villa to take the maximum capacity to nine.  Please request these at the quote stage of your booking.

There is also a family bathroom with shower cubicle.

The outside of the villa is impressive, with terraces split over two levels.  On the upper terrace you will find a dining table with seating for 6 and a BBQ.  The views from this terrace are superb, so you can enjoy dining al fresco whilst looking over the Mediterranean.

The private 10 metre pool is on the lower terrace.  There are Roman steps into the shallow end, or a spring board at the deep end for daredevils.  There is plenty of space to relax poolside and here are 8 sun loungers supplied for your comfort.

The terrace rails have mesh fencing for added safety.

The villa has driveway parking for up to 3 cars.
