An Impressive, Newly Constructed 5 Bedroom Villa with 20 Metre Infinity Pool and Cinema

Villa SP440 caters to the most demanding guests that want to experience a truly luxurious summer holiday.  Immerse yourself in the charms of this completely newly constructed villa; a sophisticated, contemporary designed, luxury villa in an excellent location in Costa del Sol.  It is only a short drive from the Malaga Airport, excellent and numerous golf courses, vibrant Malaga as well as exclusive Marbella and Puerto Banús.  You can reach the charming village Benalmadena Pueblo and the railway station by foot. Fantastic beaches are scattered along the coast, the deep blue sea is a mere 20 minute walk or a 5 minute drive away.

This beautiful, large villa is decorated in designer furniture, with spacious accommodation divided into four floors.  It has a beautiful garden with a 20-metre infinity pool; four big terraces; a fully equipped cinema room; pool table; barbecue with all needed utensils; and five lovely bedrooms that can accommodate a group of 10. 

The villa is equipped with an excellent high-speed fibre internet connection for your comfort, and WiFi covers all areas of the villa.   You can also enjoy your favourite Spotify playlist through the Sonos sound system throughout the villa, including the roof top patio and its pool area, just connect your phone or laptop.  Villa SP440 offers all the amenities you need for a relaxing and memorable holiday! 

Villa SP440 in Benalmadena (Sleeps 10)

When you open the gate to this impressive villa you are greeted by the garden and the pond complete with waterfall next to the entrance door.  Stepping inside the villa you will find a large open plan living room divided into 3 areas; the living room area, the dining area and the exclusive kitchen, all with amazing views over the valley leading down to the deep blue Mediterranean Sea. The whole south facing facade is floor to ceiling sliding glass doors so you can easily open out to the patio to get that seamless interior/exterior experience. On the entrance floor there is also a fully equipped double bed en-suite guest room that has fantastic views. 

In the living room area, which has a fantastic airy feeling with its 6 metre high ceilings.  You can enjoy relaxing on the comfortable sofa with designer chairs and TV.  Separating the living room area and the dining room area is a fireplace (bioethanol) which creates a cosy feeling while dining or relaxing during dark evenings. 

The fantastic views can be enjoyed even when preparing dinner in the dream kitchen where you can bring friends and family together. It has 2 spacious fridge/freezers with plenty of space for lots of food. The kitchen is fully equipped with the best Neff appliances, including a chef featured oven. It comes completely stocked with all cooking utensils; including a huge selection of pots, pans, serving dishes, platters, and more. There are 2 full sized dishwashers for your convenience.  You will find enough crockery, glassware and cutlery for everyone in the group. 

In the middle of the living room you have also access through the glass sliding doors to a lovely cosy patio in the centre of the villa with a beautiful 200 year old olive tree.  The patio has a table and 2 comfortable chairs to enjoy a glass of wine or a drink and enjoy the tranquil sound of the close by waterfall. 

From both areas of the living room you can open up the sliding doors and seamlessly step into the spacious patio and garden with a beautiful 20 metre infinity pool and incredible sea views.  There are plenty of sunbeds for all the family and friends and a barbecue with all utensils needed for cooking al fresco.  There are several comfortable outdoor seating areas; with sofas and chairs with tables so you can enjoy and relax in the sun or the shade, whichever you prefer.   There is also a lovely indoor sitting area where you can sit and enjoy views over the Mediterranean, drink in hand.

Stepping up to the stairs you will access the upper floor.  Here you will find an office area with desks and chairs for those who have to work whilst on holiday.  There is also the stunning master bedroom with a smart TV and en-suite bathroom. From the master bedroom and master en-suite you will enjoy a stunning view of the valley and the sea.  Patio doors from the master bedroom give access to the spacious terrace, which is the perfect place for enjoying the sunrise and sunset.

Beside the master bedroom there is another bedroom with twin beds for 2 guests (perfect if you travel with young kids).   From the upper floor you can access through the stairs to the large roof top patio that has a shower and 4 sunbeds with 360-degree panoramic view of the Mediterranean Sea, Benalmadena Pueblo and the surrounding mountains. 

On the ground floor you will find a living room with a full-size pool table ready so you and your friends can test your skills.  There is a cinema and 2 spacious bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, one of which can be converted to a gym should you not need the extra beds.  All bedrooms have ample wardrobes for your and your family’s convenience. 

The cinema is one of the gems of the villa, it’s a full set cinema room with 9.1 surround sound system where you can watch the best movies (you can also access your Netflix account), while relaxing in the comfortable cinema sofas that even help you to keep the drinks cool! 

Villa SP440 is equipped with a remote-controlled gate and an alarm system for your safety. The villa offers private parking for 2 cars inside the plot. Further parking is easily accessible on the street.
