A Superb, Spacious 7 Bedroom Villa with Private Pool.  Within Walking Distance of the Beach and Restaurants on Cabopino Marina

This 7 bedroom villa really is a fantastic property for large groups of friends or family.  It has a wealth of great facilities including Wi-Fi internet, SKY satellite TV, pool table, table tennis and table football.  There is a great outside bar area next to the private solar heated pool, and even swings to keep the kids entertained.  You can dine al fresco using the gas BBQ to prepare delicious meals, and enjoy a glass of wine by the calming pond that is home to koi and turtles.

If you ever want to venture out of the villa and its lovely grounds, you are in the ideal location to enjoy all that Marbella and its neighbouring resorts have to offer.  Cabopino Marina, one of the Costa del Sol’s most prestigious areas for great restaurants and award winning beaches, is just 500 metres from your door.  There is also a bus top just 300 metres from the villa which is on the main bus route right across the Costa del Sol.  Marbella is just 10 minutes’ drive away and Puerto Banus is 15 minutes’ drive away if you fancy doing some designer shopping.  This is one of the best locations you will find anywhere on the Costa del Sol.

The well-proportioned, air conditioned accommodation is split over 2 floors.  The large living room has plenty of space for guest to relax on comfortable sofas, watch TV with over 100 channels, or enjoy one of the many board games on offer.   There is a dining room located off the living room with a table to seat 8 and a pool table so you can enjoy after dinner tournaments!  The villa also has WiFi internet.

The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need, including a dishwasher, fridge freezer and double Aga-style oven.  There is also a separate utility room located across the pretty courtyard outside.  This houses a washing machine, tumble dryer, sink and a dartboard for the sporting amongst you.

There are 7 bedrooms in the villa, plus a sofa bed in the living room for a 15th guest (if required.)  All bedrooms have air conditioning and three of the rooms have en-suite bathrooms.  There are 2 further bathrooms shared between the other 4 bedrooms. 

There is plenty of outside space for you to enjoy.  Whether you want to cool off in the pool, enjoy a drink by the bar, or cook up a delicious meal on the BBQ, there is something for you here.  There is plenty of shade and sunny spots for sun worshippers.  There is also a games are with table tennis if you like to keep active.  For peace and tranquillity you may want to sit by the lovely Koi pond, or get some shade in the rustic courtyard.

There is secure parking in a double garage.

One clean per week is included in the cost of your stay and linen and towels are provided.  Guests also receive a free welcome pack on arrival.
