An Impressive Villa with 2 Separate Apartments, Ideal for Large Family Groups.  Located close to Cabopino Beach & Marina

This elegant and well decorated eight-bedroom villa is within walking distance to the beach in East Marbella. The villa is the perfect villa for an extended family getaway as this property offers 4 bedrooms in the main house as well as two additional fully equipped apartments. Ideal for large families or groups as everyone will have plenty of space and privacy.

Outside the villa you can relax by the pool on one of the sunbeds or many sun loungers.  If you wish to escape the midday sun you can relax on one of the sofas under the covered terrace. You can have the perfect family gathering and BBQ outside as there is large table that can seat up to 23 people, perfect for those nights of al fresco dining. Children can dive into the large swimming pool that can be heated in winter months (free of charge!), run around the garden or perhaps play a game of pool or board games on the outside terrace.

This outstanding villa is within walking distance of the lovely Cabopino beach and Marina.  This is one the best beaches on the Costa del Sol, with great beach bars and planty of space to relax in the sand dunes, or try out an array of watersports.  After a day on the beach you can dine in one of the great restaurants on the marina before walking home to relax on the terrace.  If you wnat to venture further afield, Marbella and Fuengirola are only 10 minutes' drive from the villa, with a regular bus service between the resorts.  This is a great location for all the family!

Villa SP418 in Cabopino (Sleeps 20)

As you walk into the main house you to the right you have a large kitchen equipped with all modern appliances and an abundance of crockery and glassware.  There is a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom close to the entrance.

The lounge room is stylish and spacious with plenty of comfortable seating.  Bi-fold doors lead onto the terrace and allow light to flood into the room.

To the left of the main entrance you have three large bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and three single beds with views onto the garden. It also has its own walk-in closet, with an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a jacuzzi bath and shower. The second bedroom offers a double bed and en-suite with a shower. Bedroom 3 has a double bed and a single bed and enjoys its own private patio with views onto the garden. It has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a shower. Bedroom 4 in the main house has a king-sized bed and one single bed and offers direct access to the main terrace with views onto the garden and swimming pool. It also has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a shower.

To the left of the main house is a fully equipped, 2-bedroom apartment. You have a large kitchen with a breakfast bar, lounge area with satellite television, and dining area. The master bedroom in the apartment offers an en-suite and direct access to the terrace and the second bedroom has a double bed and use of a shower.

To the right of the main house you have the second apartment which also offers 2 bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen, dining and living area. Both bedrooms offer double beds and the master has an en-suite and the second bedroom has the use of a bathroom with shower.

This is the perfect villa for a large family. You have plenty of outdoor space and terraces where you can relax and take in the Spanish sunshine. You are within walking distance to the beach and popular chiringitos where you can enjoy live music and typical Spanish food!
