A Well Equipped 3 Bedroom Townhouse with Private Pool in Calahonda

This bright and airy townhouse with private pool offers excellent value for money in a great location for families and friends alike.  The townhouse benefits from a private rook terrace, good size swimming pool, barbecue, air conditioning, UK TV channels and fibre optic internet.   This great holiday home has accommodation over two floors; with the living area, kitchen and WC on the first floor of the villa, as you enter the property.  Downstairs there are 3 bedrooms; a master with super king bed and en-suite bathroom.  Bedroom 2 has a double bed and Bedroom 3 is a twin room.  There is also a shower room on this level.

Calahonda is a fantastic holiday destination for families, golfers or friends.  There are plenty of places to eat, drink and shop in the area and some lovely beaches only 5 minutes’ drive away.  Calahonda is also perfectly located to explore the nearby resorts of Marbella, Mijas, and Fuengirola.  There are numerous excellent golf courses within a short drive of the property and if golf isn’t your thing you can simply relax with a book by your private pool.

The property is located on a hill and we advise the car hire is recommended, although taxis are very readily available and Calahonda is just a few minutes' drive away.  There is driveway parking.
