The Villa was great. Even better than in the pictures, especially the pool are. It was nice and private and there were plenty of space for 11 people. Only downside was the locks on the doors, too many different keys had to be used and only one set of each but overall very good place to have a vacation. The taxi cost like 10euros from villa to the town center.

Panoramic Villas response:
Than you for your review, Peter.  We have passed your comments onto the property owner and he has assured us that he is updating the decor for 2017.  There will also soon be an information pack in the property with those details you mention.  We value your feedback and we hope you will book with us again in the future.
Location and size of the villa was great and everything was included to make the stay enjoyable. The only slight negative was the age of the property and in particular the air conditioning which needs updating. The local reps tried their best to fix this and this didn't affect the holiday overall and we had a good time.

Panoramic Villas response:
Thank you for your feedback, Mark.  We are very happy that you enjoyed your holiday.  The owner has assured us that the air conditioning units are being serviced at the end of the summer season.  We hope that you will book with us again in the future.

Brilliant time in a brilliant villa. Only downside was that the water was off for the last 3 days due to local water repairs. This was really disappointing and took the edge off the holiday. We paid a lot of money for the villa and would expect running water. I understand that this is out of Panoramic Villas control but it was still disappointing.

On behalf of my self and the rest of my holiday party we would like to thank you and your team for making our holiday break one of the best as a group we have had many thanks again.

A. Jenkins - May 2015

The villa was great for our chilled out hen party. Plenty of space, clean and well located up in the hills for a view. Agnes was great and really helped us out a couple of times.

M.Bines - July 2014

Excellent villa, excellent location. Agnes was a brilliant help, and Phil the pool guy was also brilliant.

Hi Allan and Julie and all the Panoramic team,

We just wanted to say a really big thank you for our holiday at Bella Vista. The villa was fantastic, the local bars and shops provided everything we needed day to day and when we did decide to leave the poolside we had a great day on the lovely, clean beach in Fuengirola and some fun nights out in the town.

Villa was amazing , very well described & pictures do not do it justice to how gorgeous this villa is ! Agnes is a great asset to your company ! We did not rent a car and we were in perfect walking distance to everything , Taxi men were incredibly friendly in the surrounding areas to go in and out of Fuengirola. Pool was kept incredibly clean. Will be back to stay.

M. Doherty - August 2013

Hi Julia and Allan,

Just thought we'd drop you a line to say what a wonderful time we had at Bella Vista. The villa was out of this world - what a way to live, weather couldn't have been better. We had a party of 13 adults and if need be we needn't have had to speak to each other for the length of our stay the villa is spacious, and every facility you could want is available.

The service that we got from the moment we got off the plane was first class, nothing was too much trouble for Agnes - she is a credit to your Company. The only disappointment was that the Ash cloud settled down - we would have liked to stay for another week and were all geared up for a longer stay. However, the kids went on to stay at the Mijas Golf Apartments for a second week - again all was superb.

Thank you again and we have no qualms about recommending your Company to friends and family, we look forward to dealing again with you in the future.

Allan & Stephanie, Stoke-on-Trent - May 2010

Hi Julia,

Just a quick word to thank you very much for the hire of the Villa Bella Vista last week. From the moment we stepped into the villa we fell in love with it and had a wonderful holiday there. Agnes was fantastic, she is an asset to your company and adds that essential extra that I'm sure other companies are unable to provide.

Communication with you has always been met with professionalism and helpfulness, your company's attention to detail is second to none and once again I thank you.

I can only hope that we'll be able to book a villa again with you in the future.
