A Lovely,  4 Bed Villa & Self Contained Lodge with Mini Golf Course and Private Pool

The villa and separate self contained Lodge are situated in a great spot just a short walk from shops and restaurants of El Coto. The property is great for families or groups travelling together.  The main villa offers three bedrooms and sleeping for 6 whilst the separate basement lodge sleeps 4 and boasts its own lounge and separate kitchen.   There is lots to keep everyone entertained with a 9 hole mini golf course, a private pool, table tennis and a pool table. For those of you wanting to relax, don't worry there is also plenty of space to chill out by the pool and soak up the Spanish sunshine.

Located just 20 minutes' drive from Malaga airport and 5 minutes' drive from Fuengirola which has a fantastic array of places to eat, drink and shop. There are miles of sandy beaches along this famous stretch of coast; and plenty of golf courses of course!

4 Bed Villa & Lodge in Campo Mijas, Costa del Sol (Sleeps 8/10)

The villa and lodge have a large open plan living area with a lovely fireplace ideal for cooler winter evenings. The room is furnished with a large sofa and an armchair, a TV with DVD player and satellite, and a stereo system. The villa also has newly installed fast WiFi internet.There is also a dining area on this floor with a large table to seat 8 people. The dining area leads out onto a dining terrace which has another table to seat 6.

The villa has a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances including a dishwasher, oven and hob, a coffee machine, a toaster, an electric kettle and microwave. There is a separate utility room with washing machine, iron and ironing board.

A marble staircase leads down to 3 of the twin bedrooms. All the bedrooms have access out onto the pool terrace and one of these rooms has an en-suite bathroom. There is another good size shower room which is shared between the 2 other bedrooms.

Further external steps lead down to the lodge which hosts another twin bedroom which has an en-suite shower room. There is also another living room with double sofa bed (Sleeps 2 adults) and a kitchenette with a microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle. The lounge has its own TV and DVD player. This is great for guests wanting privacy and there own living space.

All 4 bedrooms in the villa have air conditioning which can also be used to heat in winter.  There is also a camp bed that can be added to sleep an 11th guest for a small extra charge.  Please select this option when booking if required.

Outside there are numerous terraces for you to relax on and a fantastic BBQ area with seating for 12 guests. This unique villa has its own 9 hole mini golf course and a full sized pool table (Newly covered 2012); great for tournaments! The swimming pool is a great size and has Roman steps in the shallow end for easy entry. The terraces are furnished with sun loungers and for die hard sun worshippers there is also a roof terrace with fantastic views across the surrounding mountains.

At the front of the villa there is plenty of space for 3 cars to park.

The villa was lovely and had everything we needed.
The downside was we didn't hire a car for the whole holiday and would have been better with a car as there weren't many shops and restaurants within walking distance which were down hill from the villa, but on very steep hills back up to the villa.
