Excellent 3 Bedroom Villa with Private Pool offering Superb Value and Terrific Views
This lovely villa is the perfect choice for families or friends looking for a peaceful location on the Costa del Sol whilst being within easy reach of the coasts many amenities and acitivities. Situated in Campo Mijas, the villa is fifteen minutes from the magic of Mijas Pueblo or the fabulous beaches and bright lights of Fuengirola. Urbanisation El Coto is a 5 minute drive away and you'll find a small supermarket and a great selection of restaurants and cafes here.
This well presented villa is tastefulkly decorated and designed to ensure guests experience a welcoming and truly enjoyable family holiday. The open plan living and dining areas offer plenty of space for guests to relax and socialise. The attractive, fully fitted kitchen is perfect for self-catering holidays and is fully equipped with all modern amenities. There are three bedrooms in the villa; one double room and two twin rooms. The master has balcony access where you can enjoy breathtaking views.
Outside the villa has a private pool, table tennis table, and a dual use pool table and air hockey table; plenty to keep the whole family entertained! The villa also has a fantastic roof terrace with panoramic views of the Mijas Mountains and the Mediterranean and is the perfect sun trap.

This villa is very well presented and full of great features that make it feel like a home away from home. On the ground floor level you’ll find a spacious living and dining space with seating for 8. There is a good quality double sofa bed in the living area which can sleep two adults, making this villa suitable for a maximum of 8 guests. The villa has basic satellite TV channels with some English stations and there is Wi-Fi throughout.
The kitchen is very well equipped with fitted appliances, cooking utensils and crockery. There is also a fantastic filtered water tap in the kitchen that produces safe drinking water; no more lugging huge bottles of water back from the supermarket! The separate utility area has a washing machine and a fridge freezer in.
On the ground floor there is also a shower room with shower cubicle, WC and washbasin.
On the first floor there are two twin bedrooms with plenty of storage space and a further shower room.
The master bedroom is located on the top floor of the villa. This lovely room has a double bed and French doors that open onto a small Juliet balcony offering views across the mountains and countryside.
Outside, the villa is very well equipped with lots of seating and sun loungers for relaxing by the pool. There are comfortable sofas underneath the covered terrace that are perfect for evening drinks. The villa has a BBQ and there is dining seating for 8 guests.
The private 6 x 3m pool has a shallow end with Roman steps so it is perfect for children. There is a great outdoor games area with a full size table tennis table and a dual use pool table that also turns into an air hockey table.
The villa also has a roof terrace with table and chairs for two, perfect for watching a romantic sunset.
There is secure driveway parking at the villa and linen and towels are provided, with the exclusion of beach towels.
If you are not hiring a car then the below options for getting around are avaialble to you.
There is a mini bus service that runs 5 times a day, 3 runs in the morning and 2 in the evening which takes about 20 minutes to the Fuengirola Ford garage roundabout (near El Corte Ingles). It is only a 5-minute walk to the closest bus-stop and the cost is around 1.50 to 2 euros per trip.
A taxi from the Villa should not cost more than 10-15 euros into Fuengirola.

Everything was thought of from just having a pump to inflate the inflatables for the pool to having English tv channels and wifi.
Charlotte met us on arrival and was lovely and helpful, we also had contact with Charlotte a few months before our trip where she gave us information about the local area e.g. Shops,restaurants,hospitals.
You want be disappointed if you stay here and we will definitely be booking again.

The villa is also not on an Urbanisation as with previous villas that we have used in the area. This means that it was quieter, slightly rural and had lovely views. You will almost certainly need a car though as there are no local shops or restaurants.
The facilities are also very good. The kitchen has all the gadgets that you could need on holiday, the living room is comfortable and has a TV with a few UK channels. There is also a downstairs shower room which is very convenient. The villa has Wi-Fi which covers the villa and most of the outside.
Upstairs there are three bedrooms, a further shower room and a very nice sun terrace. All the bedrooms have air conditioning for those really hot nights.
Outside there is a veranda which encompasses two sofas and a pool table that can be switched to air hockey, this leads onto an extensive patio area and at the other end is a further veranda which has a massive dining table, a built in BBQ, sink area and a pizza oven, there is also lighting and power. To one side of this patio is the pool which has views towards the sea on one side and towards the mountains on the other. There are further works of art outside, on the verandas and by the pool. There is a smaller table and two chairs by the side of the villa next to patio doors that lead into the living room and a smaller area large enough for a sun lounger that is shaded by two lemon trees.
A fairly steep paved slope leads from the patio up to a further table and chairs and a gate that leads out to a gravelled parking area that is shared with another nearby property.
Overall I liked the villa but if I could change one thing it would probably be to make the pool bigger. I appreciate that for others it's probably big enough but it seemed a bit small to me particularly considering the size of the outside space.
And finally in relation to the info that I mentioned above. An email with comprehensive information (directions, handover details, contact info for the person doing the handover) 2-4 weeks before arrival would be good. I did get a text with a link on google maps the day before we left but I didn't realise that I wouldn't be able to transfer this to my sat nav once in Spain, which made things difficult! I also couldn't contact Rafael, who was dealing with the handover, to tell him we would be late as I didn't have his number. Perhaps I am being picky but this is what I have come to expect Re the other villas that I have booked via Panoramic.
Overall I would definitely recommend this villa. It is comfortable, quiet and very well appointed.

In relation to the comments on our service, we do in fact accept credit cards and always have done (Visa, Mastercard and AMEX), so we're sorry you were not aware of this.
We can appreciate that not having the required information may have been frustrating for you. Owners choose how they pass this to customers, which is why this can vary between individual properties. We will speak to this particular owner about this and suggest that he uploads the information to our Holiday Information Form to make things easier for future guests. We do expect owners to pass this to guests at least a few weeks prior to arrival at the villa.
Lastly, the reason you only have the property representatives number for this property is that Rafael's English is not great and he prefers his property manager to deal with customers, which is why you have his number instead. Again, we will suggest he adds his number as an emergency contact for instances such as this.

We really enjoyed our stay and the owner Damian and maintenance guy Rafael were brilliant. The villa is just beautiful and well kept. I would note I do think a car really is needed for the location if you have a family but that would be my only observation.
