This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment is extremely well quipped to ensure that guests feel like this is a real home from home. This first floor, south facing apartment is fully air conditioned, has free WiFi, a 42” LED TV with English and European channels, and a BBQ on your private terrace. There are also 2 fantastic communal pool in the well maintained resort gardens for you to enjoy. For guests who wish to hire a car there is also secure, underground parking.
There are many great restaurants and night life in the local area, with local golf clubs and beach bars within walking distance. The beautiful, Blue Flag Casares Beach is just 800 metres from your door. Sabinillas or Estepona are just a short drive away for more lively attractions. Why not try horseback riding in the mountains or designer shopping all can be found along this beautiful coastline?

The apartment offers a spacious comfortable lounge/dining area leading onto a sunny south facing terrace, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
The master bedroom features a super king size bed that can be converted into 2 singles if required and houses the en-suite bathroom with both a Bath & Shower. This bedroom also has a safe fitted for your valuables and a 2300 watt hair dryer.
Bedroom 2 has two twin beds and a features a Juliet balcony overlooking the lush complex gardens. Both bedrooms have fitted double wardrobes and full length mirrors.
Bathroom 2 has a fitted shower cubicle, sink and WC.
The kitchen is fully loaded with everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible, with both dishwasher and washing machine and a Dolce Gusto coffee maker.
Entrance to the terrace is through double glazed doors in the lounge area and has a table, 4 chairs, a parasol and a charcoal BBQ.
The apartment is set in a beautiful gated complex with lush tropical gardens. There are 2 swimming pools the smaller being the kids pool. Open from May to October. During high season there are life guards on site.
Situated on the first floor, the apartment offers underground private parking with both a lift and stairs right to the front door. There is a large basement storage area for those suite cases or golf equipment should you need it.

The pool and surrounding tropical gardens were kept clean and tidy and the complex was very secure and safe as was our apartment.
Gillian, who is the lovely lady who owns the apartment offered us a very reasonably priced taxi transfer from and back to the airport at the end of our holiday. This was great as we didn't want to hire a car.
Gillian gave us lots of useful information about the area and recommended a few lovely restaurants and places to visit.
We would definitely recommend this apartment and the friendly personal service we received from the owner.
