Beautiful 3 Bed Holiday Townhouse in Estepona, Fabulous Location
This charming townhouse holiday rental is set in beautiful tropical gardens with a large, communal swimming pool within a secure, gated urbanization. It can sleep five guests comfortably.
The house has a brand new kicthen, HD flat screen TV and a DVD player with lots of DVDs to watch and keep kids entertained. There is also a stereo sound bar so you can listen to your own music from your mobile phone using Bluetooth. Both of the bedrooms have balcony access and there is also a private terrace downstairs overlooking the communal tennis courts on the resort.
The villa is situated between San Pedro and Estepona, a short drive away from Marbella and Puerto Banús.
There are 3 large supermarkets, coffee bar, cafe, chemist and bank at the entrance to Bel Air. The beach is within a short walk from there.

This holiday townhouse is set in beautiful tropical gardens with a large, communal swimming pool within a gated urbanization. The house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms plus one toilet/washroom downstairs. The en-suite bathroom has now been converted into a very modern wet room. There is a private patio at back overlooking tennis courts. In addition, there is a balcony that leads from each bedroom. The patio is equipped with a large glass garden table and 6 chairs, as well as sunbeds.
There is a new, fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine, fridge, oven, hob, microwave oven, coffee machine and toaster.
All rooms have new silent air-conditioning units that can also heat the property in winter.
The townhouse is situated half way between Estepona and San Pedro, so it's just fifteen minutes' drive to either village, and twenty minutes to Marbella. There are many excellent restaurants nearby. Also, the famous port, Puerto Banus, full of luxury yachts and designer shops, is only fifteen minutes away. The house is also within easy reach of several golf courses, some 6 minutes away by foot.

We have stayed at this accommodation now on several occasions over the past few years and can happily recommend it. The house itself is clean and has recently been refurbished with a brand new en-suite bathroom in the Master Bedroom. The descriptions are accurate and the urbanisation is quiet and relaxed, with a lovely swimming pool. The house is ideally located (a car is to be recommended) for exploring wider afield along the coast and it is close to almost all amenities you could wish for - both for self-catering and for restaurants and nightlife. Marbella and Estepona are just minutes away by car, although we took the opportunity to drive a bit further and visit the wonderful towns of Seville and Granada during our stay. Always nice to know that we can come back to the house and relax at the end of a busy day. We have always found the management of the property to be trouble-free - and would happily stay here again.
My wife and I enjoyed our first holiday in Spain in 2014 when we stayed in this lovely town house in Bel Air.
We found the accommodation to be as advertised and was quite comfortable and well appointed. The location was quiet and we especially enjoyed the sunny terrace overlooking the hills behind Bel Air.
The location in Bel Air is central to visit many places on the coast such as Marbello, San Pedro and Estepona. There were also many great markets in the area for picking up those special bargains.
We especially enjoyed a day trip to Gibraltar which is well within reach for a pleasant day out.
I would recommend this accommodation to anyone looking at planning a holiday in this lovely part of Spain.
