A Fantastic, Well Presented 2 Bedroom, Air Conditioned Apartment in Central Fuengirola

This is a lovely 2 bedroom apartment in a sought after location in central Fuengirola.  The apartment has recently been refurbished and now it has a bright, modern feel and it is equipped with all mod cons including air conditioning, WiFi internet and cable TV with hundreds of channels.  There are two well-proportioned bedrooms and a spacious open plan living, dining and kitchen area, plus a newly fitted bathroom.  There is a private south west facing balcony with space to dine or simply soak up the sunshine.

This third floor apartment could not be better located for guests to enjoy all that Fuengirola has to offer.  The fabulous sandy beach is just one minute from your door.  There is no need to hire a car as everything you need is on your doorstep and there are also fantastic public transport links in central Fuengirola to the Malaga airport, Marbella, Benalmadena and beyond.

Superb 2 Bedroom Apartment in the Heart of Fuengirola

The apartment has been tastefully decorated and furnished to a high standard throughout.  It is located on the third floor.

The air conditioned, open plan living and dining area has comfortable sofas, TV with cable channels, a DVD player and Wi-Fi internet.  The sofa can also be converted to a double sofa bed, making it possible to accommodate 6 people comfortably.  There is dining seating for 6 and access onto the balcony from the living area.

The kitchen is fitted with appliances including a large fridge freezer, washing machine, hob and oven.  There is plenty of crockery and pots and pans to make self-catering a breeze.

There are two bedrooms in the apartment; a double room and a twin room.  Both rooms are air conditioned and have plenty of storage space.

The modern bathroom suite has a large walk-in shower, WC and washbasin.

We have just spent three weeks at this apartment in central Fuengirola and although the weather was a little colder than normal, we enjoyed the apartment. Agnes, the property manager, was a real gem as was the lady who cleaned the apartment. We have had many apartments in Fuengirola, and this was as clean as a pin. A great shower and balcony and so central for walking. Beware if you have a car as parking is difficult and this was only Jan/Feb.
My only concern was that there were no empty cupboard in the kitchen, so most of our dry food had to stay on the worktops. All in all a lovely little central, peaceful apartment

Panoramic Villas response:
Thank you for your review.  We are delighted that you enjoyed your stay in Apartment SP301.  We are sorry the weather wasn't a little warmer for you, but we hope you will return again soon!
We were very happy with our stay in apartment. It was clean, spacious and had all we needed during our 3 weeks stay. Location is good , near beach, bus station, also very quiet. Some good restaurants near by, Trifula, Poncos. Close to all amenities
Renting thru Panoramic Villas was easy and we got quickly response.

Thank you.  We are very pleased that you enjoyed your stay and that you were pleased with our service.  We hope you will book with us again in the future.
Well equipped 2 bedroomed apartment ideally located in the centre, few minutes walk to beach and easy to walk to all local restaurants. Central for railway station and supermarkets.
Lovely bathroom with fabulous walk in shower. Well equipped kitchen.
It would have been nice to have a welcome pack/apartment information incl wifi code etc. Had to ask the rep to find out the code. Also it would be nice for some essentials to be left in the fridge, especially when guests are arriving late. We were disappointed that there wasn't even a bottle of water when arriving late to a very warm apartment! However, we very much enjoyed our week and would consider booking this apartment again.

Panoramic Villas response:
Thank you for your feedback.  We will ceratainly pass on your comments about the WiFi code to the representative.  The property rep is always happy to buy essentials, but this is by request, so you just need to send an email before your arrival to confirm the items you want.  We are glad that you enjoyed your stay overall and that you would consider booking with us again.
Spent another excellent stay in a very modern apartment - just a short walk from the town centre, the beach & marina. The apartment is very well furnished, with excellent wifi and access to UK TV Channels if required. It is very quiet at night and the air conditioning helps to ensure a good nights sleep! Communicating with Panoramic & Agnes ( the local agent / apt.rep) was very easy & effective. Would holiday in the apartment again without any reservations!!

Panoramic Villas response:
We are delighted that you had a great holiday and we look forward to you booking with us again soon.
God service og lækker lejlighed herunder beliggenhed og til god pris.

Translation: 'Good service and delicious apartment including location and good price.'

Thank you for your feedback!
Quiet and clean and would use again. Another change of bed linen, towels would be helpful for longer periods of stay perhaps. Some basic instructions on the facilities within the apartment would also be very helpful.

Hello Victoria,

Thank you for your feedback.  We are glad you enjoyed your stay at Apartment SP301.  We take on board your comments about additional cleaning for longer stays.  This sevrice is available for a small extra charge, you simply had to ask your representative if you required this.  We have spoken to the owner about providing more information for guests in the apartment, as this is a very good suggestion.

I hope that you enjoy your next stay with us.

Translation: We were really pleased with Panoramic Villas service, as the service was fluent in English, it was a pleasant and flexible and very customer-friendly. You could ever take the individual into account our wishes. Although the apartments are equipped with the level of the questions we did not vatausta, quality and amenities of the apartment surprised us. Similarly, uncomplicated, positive service.

Thank you Tarja!  We are very pleased that you enjoyed your holiday and that you were pleased with our service.  We hope you will book with us again in the future.
Apartment was great value and had all the mod cons required to make your stay enjoyable.

Apt was spacious and comfortable. Conveniently located for beach, restaurants, supermarkets etc. One negative, we were staying for just over two weeks and we were given no change of towels or bed linen. Would have expected a linen change at least once during our stay.

Panoramic Villas response:
Thank you for your review Michael.  We are very hapy that you enjoyed your stay overall.  We will pass on your comments regarding the linen change to the property owner.

Great apartments and location. The service was great.

P.McClafferty - February 2016

Very nice apartment all mod cons my husband was particularly impressed with sky sport channel, but everything about the apartment was perfect all a person could want.

K.McCreavey - October 2015

Agnes the rep was very helpful, and even gave us her contact number if we needed anything. She was superb.

T.Brown - October 2015

Great stay. Apartment is perfect, 5 minutes to the main square and even less to the beach. Supermarket nearby to get all you need. All mod cons are included in apartment and balcony to sit out on in the evening. Will definitely be looking to stay here again for our next visit.

P.McDonnell - September 2015

Great stay - great location, close to beach, apartment was lovely and our Rep Agnes was really helpful - only suggestion would be that some form of information book in the apartment would have been useful perhaps
