Exceptional 3 Bed Holiday Villa in El Coto, Fuengirola with Heated Pool

Holiday villa Casa Blanca is a very spacious, extremely well maintained, 3 bed villa situated on the El Coto Urbanisation near Fuengirola, just a short distance from local shops and restaurants. This villa rental can sleep up to 10 people as there are 2 good quality double sofa beds in the living area.

The villa has all mod cons including free air conditioning, Sky TV/Internet TV with a full compliment of UK channels/catch up TV, Sky Sports and Sky Movies, plus free wireless internet. Outside, there is plenty of room for relaxing or entertaining with a large private pool (which can be heated for a small charge), a bar and a pool table.

El Coto is a lovely urbanisation with a handful of shops, cafes and restaurants.  It is ideally located between Mijas in the mountains and Fuengirola with its fantastic wide sandy beaches, shops, bars, restaurants and nightclubs.  This is a fantastic location for golfers with numerous courses within easy reach of the villa.

Casa Blanca is a wonderful holiday villa that is very well presented with modern furnishings, new bathrooms and a superb spacious fully fitted kitchen.

This property represents both outstanding quality and extremely good value for money.

You will not be disappointed if you choose this as your holiday home!

Review Quote…
“We have just returned from a wonderful family holiday staying at Villa SP171 in Mijas Costa .

The villa was everything and more we could have wished for - a perfect, relaxing and peaceful location, extremely comfortable and spacious living quarters, a beautiful well-kept garden and a fabulous swimming pool which kept the younger members of our party entertained and happy from breakfast to bedtime!

We were very well looked after by the staff, who kept the pool, the terrace and garden in tip top condition.

What more can I say - thank you all so much!” Sue, Jim and family, East Sussex - August 2015

The modern kitchen is really impressive, with new appliances including an American-style fridge freezer, built in microwave, washing machine, dishwasher and coffee maker. plus breakfast table and chairs   All cooking utensils and crockery are also provided.

The villa has 3 good sized bedrooms.  The master bedroom has a super-king size bed, plenty of storage space, a TV, and a luxurious en-suite bathroom with bath, shower WC.

The villa was fantastic, really loved the heated pool, very warm.
Mani Pathmanathan London, UK (Wednesday, April 12, 2017)
Panoramic Villas response:
Thank you for your feedback Mani.  We are delighted that you enjoyed your stay.
We were extremly pleased with this villa. It was very spacious and very well kitted out. The furniture and finishes throughout the property were of a high standard. We loved the heated pool, the pool table area and the large beautiful garden. Although it's in a residential area, as the gardens are so mature the pool and gardens are very private. We had a hire car for the duration of our stay, it would be quite a walk to the nearest shops etc. if you didn't. Make sure you have good directions to the villa, as its deep within a large residential area, with lots of one way streets. My only 'slight' nagative comment is that there where no locks on the bathroom doors...but this would not put us off going back or recommending it to anyone!!
Derek Boyle Fuengirola (Monday, October 24, 2016)
Panoramic Villas response:
Thank you for your review, Derek.  We are delighted that you enjoyed your stay and we hope you will use our service again in the future.
Awesome villa.

Pedro and Lola were really helpful.

Enkelt att boka, huset överträffade förväntningarna. Enkel och snabb dialog med husets representant.

Thank you Michael.  We are glad you enjoyed your stay and that you were happy with our service.
The villa was exactly as advertised: spacious, luxurious and clean. We particularly loved the pool, which was a good size and well maintained.
Carol Lancashire (Monday, August 22, 2016)
Panoramic Villas response:
Thank you fo your feedback, Carol.  We are delighted that you would use our service agian and we look forward toi helping you book our next villa.

Always a bit tricky to look at a couple of images on the website and know what to make of it. But in this case the house exceeded all of our expectations. Perfect size for us (party of 7) and well taken care of.

+ Very clean, nicely done by the cleaning crew
+ Big and modern kitchen (with an extra refrigirator next to the outside bar)
+ Comfortable beds
+ AC in all bedrooms with timer (up to 2 hrs)
+ A medium sized pool table kept us busy at night :)
+ SAT-TV with Sky
+ Medium sized pool with a bottom slope, perfect for kids who can/can't swin
+ Easy communication with house rep via mail and SMS, made it all very simple

A couple of notes worth mentioning:
1. We did not like Fuengirola town, too exploited with tourists and no good restaurants and shops. Insted, take the car/cab up to Mijas - superb atmosphere and restaurants!
2. Lidl is within walking distance, depending on how much you like to walk. Carrefour an extra km away is a superb store. Go there by car and fill up the fridge.
3. On a rainy day you can always go to El Corte Ingles or big shopping centre Miramar (by car/cab)

Thank you for a wonderful week!

M.Jerlin -July 2016

Wonderful location, clean, perfect welcome by the rep.

C.Pili - January 2016

Well kept and well equipped villa with everything we needed. Lovely heated pool Pedro and Lola who look after it are lovely nothing was too much trouble for them. Agnes the representative was also very friendly and efficient. The only slight complaint was that the villa was not really that near to the bars and restaurants as the description suggests el coto is very small. That said Mijas was only a 5 min drive so not that much of an issue. We had a great 10 days and would definitely return.

Easy, efficient booking process. Lovely spacious, clean villa in a very nice quiet area and beautifully presented gardens. A very relaxing, enjoyable holiday was had by all.

C.Holloway - July 2015

We were delighted , with casa blanca villa, everything in the house was in lovely condition, a lot of thought had went into making sure that anything you required was there .

E.Gallagher - July 2015

Very nice and comfortable house.

A. Gaillard - April 2015

In short for a short stay; everything went smoothly. I'd like to repeat !

V.Seidel - March 2015

Great Villa for up to 8 people. Quiet location. Great pool and the pool table/ bar area provided great family nights of entertainment. Lovely villa with fantastic views.

K.Jones - August 2014

Casa Blanca is an amazing villa in a great location! The villa has loads of great features including a large pool as well as a modern kitchen and a large TV. We found it very spacious for the 7 of us and all the facilities were excellent. It's a 30 minute walk to the beach which can be done in the evening when it is cooler but in the day its just a 7/8 euro taxi ride down. The service was great and there was someone to help us every step of the way. Thanks for an amazing summer holiday!

H.Morris - July 2014

If there was one thing I would say was negative about our stay it would be that they did not give near enough credit for how incredible this villa actually is. On booking the villa we experienced no delays. It was a quick easy process. Within in 24 hours we had booked the villa with a deposit and got email reminders at different stages as to when we needed to pay next. On arrival, our representative met us outside the property. She was a complete star, any problem big or small (no that we experienced any big problems) she was very efficient and friendly and did everything she could do to help. She also told us about good places to go for night life etc and there were a lot of maps and tour guides left in the villa for us to look at. I gave a 4 for location simply because as a group of 6 people, who didn't hire a car. A week's worth of taxi's does add up, even though we never paid more than 10 Euro for a Taxi to local places. And if you are a medium sized group of people such as 6 or 8 there are no larger sized taxi's you can order so it each time it was 2 Taxi's. Just so you should be aware. The Villa itself was unbelievable. The pool, the lounge area, the kitchen - just fabulous! We highly recommend this Villa!
