Large Family Villa with Private Pool and Games Room with Fantastic Golf Views

Located front line golf with views overlooking the Europa course of La Cala this stunning 4/5 bedroom villa is perfect for families looking for a bit of sunshine and golf. Built over three levels this villa offers modern décor, stunning mountain views and ideal location.

There are plenty of activities to enjoy within easy reach of the villa. Within a 5 minute drive you reach the picturesque and quaint seaside town of La Cala de Mijas. La Cala is pretty beach town with beautiful white sandy beaches and many restaurants, cafes, tapas and wine bars. Stroll along the boardwalk on the beach to arrive at the neighbouring towns of Calahonda or Rivieira de Sol. Stop off and have lunch at a beach bar, or perhaps rent a sunbed and spend your days lazing on the beach.

If you are feeling a bit more adventurous or perhaps looking for a bit more culture the vibrant city of Malaga is only a 30 minute drive away and can also be reached with a 20 minute train ride from the town of Fuengirola. No trip to the coast would be complete without visiting the bustling marina of Marbella and of course the yachts and shops in Puerto Banus. No matter what you are after, being it a little relaxation or adventure you have plenty at your disposal within a short distance from the front door of Villa SP444.

Set right on the La Cala golf course this villa truly feels like your private getaway. As you step through the entrance you will delighted with open and spacious feel. With loads of natural light streaming in from all the windows it gives the villa a pleasing ambiance. Should you need to work and send email whilst on holiday there is an office space that can be used just to the left of the main entrance.

Going down the steps to the lower level opens up into a large open plan kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances and large American fridge freezer. The dining area opens up to a large terrace and you can enjoy al fresco dining outdoors with views over the golf course. The villa has two lounge areas which is perfect for families with children! Adults can relax in front of the fireplace and take in the stunning views whilst the little ones are in the room next door relaxing with their favourite television programmes.

Going down a further level you have the first bedroom to the right also access to a large terrace that overlooks the golf course and garden area. On this terrace you can curl up on the sofa with a good book, a refreshing drink and take in the stunning views and enjoy the peace and tranquillity that surround you.

On this level you also a second bedroom and large bathroom with his and hers sinks, bathtub and separate shower. If you are looking for a bit of family entertainment and friendly competition head into the games area where you can enjoy time playing foosball or table tennis. Whilst you are waiting for your match you can relax on one of the two sofas that also doubles up as a sofa bed.

Going down to the final level you have two bedrooms that have double beds and both have en-suite bathrooms with showers. You can also head straight out to the pool area and take a dive into the crystal blue waters, laze around by the pool on the sun loungers and soak up the Spanish sunshine, or splash around with the children in the pool.

Should you be looking to disconnect or relax a little more you can always take advantage of the spa services of the La Cala resort. Treat yourself to an afternoon in the spa area or perhaps enjoy a light lunch at the restaurant overlooking the golf course. The villa owner is also happy to make a reservation for you if want to give your game a go at any of the three golf courses.
