Truly Stunning Immaculately Maintained 5 Bedroom Holiday Villa with Lovely Pool and Extensive Grounds on the Costa Del Sol

Villa Amelia is one of our most desired villas in Spain that provides the perfect setting for a memorable and enjoyable villa holiday on the exclusive Sierrezuela urbanisation in the sun drenched Costa Del Sol.

The Villa provides plenty of outdoor space from which to absorb the breathtaking views. The large veranda and outdoor dining tables are ideal for drinks and pleasant al fresco meals whilst the the terrace and extensive and beautifully presented private landscaped gardens allow you to relax and soak up the sun, before taking a dip in the private pool, this owner constantly reinvests at each season end to ensure great standards and clients satisfaction.

Internally the property is full of character but also fresh and bright and great effort has gone into providing a home from home feel with all the villas guests requirements being considered and catered for.  The villa has free WiFi highspeed internet and new 65 inch smart TV.

The villas location places you within 15 mn walking distance of all local amenities whilst the bright lights and energy of Fuengirola & Marbella are just a short drive away.

Review Quote…
“The villa was presented to a very high standard. Everything we could possibly need was there. The garden and pool area was beautiful and the rooms comfortable. We all had a very enjoyable holiday…” M. Etchels

Villa Amelia, Mijas Costa, Costa Del Sol. Sleeps 10

On arrival at Villa Amelia you will follow a large sweeping drive that takes you through the villas manicured grounds and leads you to the properties large private pool and terrace area. As you step up onto the veranda you are greeted by ornate wooden double doors that open through to the marbled hallway and the ground floor of the villa.

To the right is a private bedroom with twin beds and a double bedroom that are serviced by a good sized family bathroom with a bath and a shower. Turning left from the hallway you enter the impressive comfortable lounge with its high beamed ceiling and large arched windows. The living room is tastefully decorated and is equipped with internet TV package with  many channels including UK channels,  and free WiFi highspeed internet.  The open fire can be enjoyed on the rare chilly night. The sun terrace can be accessed via French doors.

Following along the hallway you enter the kitchen and dining room. The Kitchen is served by all modern appliances, including a new American-style fridge freezer.  This room provides a pleasant environment in which to make those self catered meals.  A breakfast bar area connects the kitchen and dining room.

A marbled staircase then takes you to the first floor where the open landing provides a galleried view of the lounge. From the landing you can access the remaining three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed, built in wardrobes, full en-suite and access to a private large terrace. Bedroom 2 also boasts a double bed, built in wardrobes and private terrace. The views from both terraces are majestic and offer their guest complete privacy. Bedroom 3 is fresh and newly decorated providing twin beds and built in wardrobes. Bedrooms 2 & 3 are serviced by a newly fitted bathroom with walk in shower.

Externally the established private grounds complete this fabulous villa and allow you to enjoy the Costa Del Sol's fine climate. You can sunbathe on the terrace on one of the sun loungers before entering the private pool via the roman steps.  The veranda that follows two sides of the house is ideal for relaxing and enjoying time with family and friends.

Great villa perfect for a large family. We stayed for 10 days with ten adults and two children so utilised one cot and one camp bed.

The booking process was great and Panoramic staff really useful in helping us find a villa for a large group.

We enjoyed our stay and the villa had everything we needed. It was perfect for the family with a good amount of space. Large pool and outside area. Pool table and table tennis.

The property manager was really friendly, she gave a couple of us a lift to the local supermarket to pick up groceries on the first day and ensured us we could contact her at any time with any issue. When we had trouble with a faulty air conditioning unit it was fixed shortly after we got in contact.

The only things we would feedback that are worth taking into account are:

• The villa is not as close to local amenities as stated in the advert. The closest shop is a bit of a walk away and seems even further with the hills and heat of the summer. We did have to get a lot of taxi’s which were not too expensive when sharing but had we known we may have chosen a different villa or rented a car. I would definitely recommend renting a car to anyone considering this property.
• It would be useful to have a few bins on the property which can be used to separate rubbish as everything is recycled which is great but was difficult to keep up with 12 people and only one small bin in the kitchen.
• The refrigerator had been turned off previous to our stay and it took a long time to get to the correct temperature to keep food cool or frozen so we would recommend turning this on at least 24 hours before guests arrive.

Overall a great experience and we would book again.

Thank you. We are very pleased you enjoyed your holiday.
Really a nice house with a great view. Only minus, is the noise from the free way - but still I would go there again.

Panoramic Villas response:
Thank you Tina. We are delighted that you e joyed your stay. The road noise has never been mentioned before, but we're glad it did not ruin your holiday and that you would return again.
Our stay at villa Amelia was very good ,villa was spacious , outside area and pool was fab ,everything inside was provided it was a great family holiday . Couple of negatives would be the linen change was done on the Friday as we were due to leave on the Monday could have done with that half way through the 10 days and the side outside area where the pool table is could have done with a tidy up also a few of the mattresses could do with updating apart from that it was brill views were amazing and would definitely return

Thank you for your feedback, Victoria.  We hope you will book with us again in the future.

Villa Amelia was in a lovely location.Nicely landscaped with lovely views . The villa itself was very clean fully equipped like a home from home. Particularly for vegetarian family with little children the kitchen had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again and have already spoken to friends and family about your company and lovely service which felt like talking and dealing with friends.

A.Khajuria - April 2016

We had a wonderful time in the villa. If we had a question the representative directly responded to us. It was really a fantastic house and holiday.

N. Strijker-Van Werven - May 2015

The villa was presented to a very high standard. Everything we could possibly need was there. The garden and pool area was beautiful and the rooms comfortable. We all had a very enjoyable holiday.

M. Etchels - April 2015

We have just spent a week in Villa Amelia with our family of 10. We were delighted with it. We did have to ask for bins and brooms but otherwise we were very pleased.
