The villa is lovely, clean and well appointed with everything you could want for a holiday. The outlook at the back, un-overlooked with a view of the hill and distant mountains, was great and the pool was excellent. We were a family group of nine adults with ages ranging from 20 to 62; the fifth bedroom on the lower floor was not quite as nice as the others and had no air conditioning. The en-suite master bedroom was lovely. The games room was a big hit, the bar with fridge was really useful and the BBQ was great. The only thing to be aware of is the number of stairs in the property as it is built over four floors - 53 stairs from roof terrace to pool!

Our arrival at the villa was a little stressful as neither the taxi driver nor our car driver could find the street. When we eventually found it (thanks to Google maps) the address we had was not the right house; it looked completely different and didn't have the keybox we were looking for. Luckily we managed to get hold of Agnes (it was by now after midnight) and she gave us the correct address. Turns out the houses have been renumbered but the information from Panoramic Villas had not been updated. Agnes was lovely, very friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The nearest shops, bars and bus stop to the villa are over a km away down quite a steep hill (and back up again!). A car really is essential, although we did use the local bus into Fuengirola (1.85 euros each way) and a taxi for up to 4 passengers is around 8 euros. We had a takeaway delivered from the local Indian one night which was excellent and the portions are huge.

We would stay at the villa again if visiting the Costa del Sol but would make sure we have two hire cars if as many people were staying.

Panoramic Villas response:
Thank you for your review. We are delighted that you enjoyed your stay and we appreciate your feedback on the villa and the local area. The directions to the house are provided by the property owner and we were not informed of the changes, having had no issues prior to this. We are really sorry about this. We have now checked and amended those. We hope that you will book with us again in the future.
