An Exceptional 4 Bedroom, 3 Bathroom Villa with Private Pool, Stunning Extensive Grounds, Hot Tub, Gym and Home Entertainment System

This beautiful 4 bedroom villa is new to the rental market and exclusive to Panoramic Villas.  The owners of this property have made numerous improvements and additions to this spacious villa, set within 3000 square metres of terraces and gardens, to make it truly exceptional.  Located in the prestigious residential area of Urbanisation La Sierrezuela, this property offers guests privacy, comfort and luxury.

Every details has been considered to make this the perfect place to relax and enjoy your stay on the Costa del Sol.  There are numerous seating options, both inside and out, with an open plan living area, central garden room with glass ceiling, a smaller lounge with Panoramic Views, and a covered outdoor lounge area with quality sofas and a powerful gas patio heater.  There is also a fantastic Tiki hut/bar area on the pool terrace where you can relax with drinks in the evening.  The rate you pay for this villa is completely inclusive of air conditioning, WiFi internet,  gas patio heater, and  BBQ.  Three of the four bedrooms in the villa have en-suite facilties and the kitchen is equipped with all appliances, including a coffee machine, fresh water filter (making tap water safe to drink), dishwasher, washing machine and two large fridge freezers.

La Sierrezuela is known as one of the most prestigious residential areas on Mijas Costa.  Surrounded by the Mijas Mountains, with views down to the Mediterranean; it is ideally located for the beaches in Fuengrola, or to visit the pretty inland village of Mijas.  There are numerous golf courses nearby and Marbella is less than half an hour away.  Whilst we recommend car hire, there are a few local shops and restaurants within walking distance of the villa.

Villa SP366 in La Sierrezuela, Mijas Costa, Spain (Sleeps 10)

The accommodation in this very well presented villa is all on one level, meaning it is easy to all spend time together, whether you are lounging in front of the TV, sat outside on the pool terrace, or preparing a meal in the well-equipped kitchen.

The villa is impressive from the moment the secure gates open and you drive up the 50 metre driveway to the property.  The front door leads into the entrance hall and open plan living and dining area; immediately giving you a feel for the brightness and space in this home.

The main lounge area has sliding patio doors directly out onto the covered lounge terrace and the pool beyond.  Inside, there are three large sofas, an a huge 80 inch 4k wall-mounted TV with Sky TV including the sports package.

The TV and music system s linked to a superb 5.1 surround sound speaker system, Amazon Fire TV box, Apple Airplay and Spotify Connect, meaning guests have access to a plethora of TV and music channels. The villa also has superfast, unlimited fibre optic Internet, over 150Mbs throughout so that you can stream your own shows to your computer, phone or tablet.

The large dining table is also in this main living space; offering seating for 8.  There is further dining seating for 14 outside, near to the gas BBQ.

There are two further lounge areas inside the villa.  A unique central garden room with glass ceiling sits in between the main lounge, dining room and kitchen.  This is a great area to relax in.  Doors lead out from the dining area to another smaller seating area with doors onto the BBQ terrace and wonderful panoramic views.  This is the perfect place for an afternoon siesta!

The kitchen is well equipped and an adjacent utility room also houses a second large fridge freezer, washing machine, dryer and dishwasher.

There are four bedrooms in the villa.  The master bedroom is a fantastic size, with king size bed; fitted wardrobes and walk-in dressing area; a 50 inch wall mounted TV; and en-suite bathroom with double washbasins, bath and shower.

There are two further double rooms, each with en-suite shower rooms, terrace access, fitted wardobes and air conditioning.   Bedroom four is a twin room that also has fitted wardrobes and air conditioning.  There is a WC directly opposite this room so guests staying in here have easy access to a bathroom.

The outside of the villa is unbeatable in terms of size and facilities.  The pool terrace is huge, with a 10m by 5m heated pool (charge applies for pool heat.)  There is also a hard insulated electric pool cover to retain the heat.  At the end of the pool there is a hot tub that can be heated for a small extra charge.  Just to ensure no entertainment stone is left unturned there is also a superb pool table.

There are multiple seating options on the pool terrace, including sun loungers, lounge seating, dining seating and bar seating in the tiki hut.  Steps from this terrace lead down to the well-equipped gym area underneath the pool with plenty of cardio and weights equipment, as well as a Bluetooth music system.  Well-maintained tropical gardens surround the villa and the unusually large 3000 square metre plot offers guests bags of space for kids to play, adults to relax and for all the family to enjoy outdoor living.

It’s an absolutely beautiful property with so many comfortable seating areas in which to relax.
Agnes, our contact for the villa, was absolutely fantastic, she really made us feel welcome and gave us all the information about the villa that we needed. When we had to leave early due to a family emergency she was so supportive.
There were a couple of minor points on which the holiday could have been improved: the carpeted areas need a good hoover especially round the edges, the master bedroom en-suite needed a deep clean as there was a lot of mould around the bath tub, the pool light didn’t work and the bbq was coal and not gas as advertised. However, these didn’t really affect our enjoyment. Highlights from us: the tiki bar area is perfect for relaxing and keeping cool day or night. The hot tub was spotless and super relaxing. The number of fridges made everything so easy. Having a drinking water tap saved us having to lug a load of bottles from the supermarket. Aircon was great. Pool kept nice and clean.

Panoramic Villas response:
Thank you for your feedback. We are delighted that you enjoyed your stay, but we are sorry to hear you had to leave early due to an emergency. We hope all is OK now. We will take on board those comments about the things that need improving/changing. We are very pleased that you particularly liked the pool, terraces and hot tub. We hope that you will book with us again in the future.
Excellent service throughout. Very helpful and we were delighted with our holiday and overall experience. Would certainly recommend and use again ourselves.

Very spacious villa with a particularly good pool area. Well equipped for the family with good wi-fi, excellent cable TV and sound system.

Lots of room inside and out, plenty of different seating areas and a nice Tiki area as a bar. Bedrooms were spacious, only downside was that all bar the master bedroom had the aircon on a timer, not great in the hot summer months.

A car is essential, even the nearest shops/cafe is a good 20 minute walk away. That said, you can be in the centre of Feungirola within 5 minutes by car.

One thing I would say is that the decor and furniture is now a little worn and dated. This was not a major issue for us as we were young-ish families and spent most of the time around the pool, but if you're the type who wants your villa to be immaculate and modern then this may not be the place for you.

Overall we had a great holiday, recommended.

Panoramic Villas response:
Thank you for your review. We appreciate your feedback and we are very pleased that you enjoyed your stay in Villa SP366. We do take on board your comments about the furnishings, but the pictures we have on the website were taken recently and reflect the style and condition of the pieces. The furnishings in the villa are expensive and whilst they will start to show some signs of wear and tear, the owner feels they fit with the style of the property and also the fact that the villa is rented to mainly family groups. The owner would prefer people to be able to relax, rather than worry about children spilling things on cream sofas! I hope you understand this and that you would stay with us again in the future.
The House was perfect.
Would give it 5 stars if the electricity did not turn of during rain.

Panoramic Villas response:
Thank you for your feedback. We are very pleased that you enjoyed your stay, despite the unusually bad weather that hit the Costa del Sol during your stay. We are sorry about the electricity problems during the heavy rain. We hope that despite this you would book with us again in the future.

This is the first time I've ever booked a large villa for our extended family holiday - it's usually a Sun caravan holiday in the UK or, rarely, a hotel as part of an all inclusive package abroad. The idea came to me whilst sitting in the garden with my whole family one sunny Sunday afternoon. Enjoying the weather but knowing it can't be relied on, we started thinking about somewhere that we could make our own evening entertainment - somewhere that the pool doesn't shut at 8pm! I started researching places that could sleep 14 people (from 5 months up to 77 yrs old) and, after many weeks of looking, I found Villa 367 on the Panoramic Villas site. It met all our criteria and was well-priced, so I booked it. The booking process was very simple and the communication was extensive and instant.
Before boarding the flight out, I had been asked to contact the representative, Agnes, to keep her informed of our progress. She replied instantly and the communication kept up right to the point we arrived at the villa in a Simply Shuttles minibus (recommended by Panoramic Villas and extremely efficient), where she met us personally and explained everything we needed to know for the next week - including a buggy free of charge and a welcome pack to get you started.
The villa is a (not-so) little gem.
Set in a quiet residential area, but easily spacious and separated enough to enjoy yourselves without disturbing the neighbours, the villa is electronically gated and secure, with numerous air-conditioned bedrooms - most with en-suites and a filtered drinking water tap in the main kitchen (an absolute must), where there are also 2 fridge freezers, cooker, microwave, tumble dryer, washing machine, dishwasher and more than enough pots, pans, plates, glasses etc for any occasion. The large lounge has a big tv with a powerful surround system that has access to loads of films and sport.
There are 2 wifi's with coverage virtually everywhere (the 5G works best in the villa, the 2.4G works better outside).
The pool is perfectly sized and, more importantly, the perfect temperature. It's heated just enough that you don't draw breath when you get in it, but keeps you at just the right temperature to be able to swim in it at midnight!
There is a lovely straw-roofed Tikki bar to the side of the pool where we spent every evening drinking and having a laugh whilst watching the stars and the view of the area - we even watched the entirely stunning blood moon eclipse on the 27th July through totally cloudless skies (unlike the UK). Beneath the bar is a gym - should you feel the need - equipped with fans and a sound system.
Although a car is handy, it's not essential. We only used it to get the weeks worth of shopping and drinks - firstly from the local small mini-market in El Coto (about 10 mins walk) - where there's also a few restaurants/tapas bar, cake shop and gift shop - and then from the hypermarkets another 5 minute drive further. Incidentally, you could fit about 8 hire cars on the drive!
Cabs into Fuengirola were about 10 euros and only took about 10-15 minutes.
Again, the communication with Agnes was excellent, with nothing being too much trouble. Any issues would see Phil turn up as quick as possible to sort them.
In summary, we all had an excellent time at Villa 367, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it - or book it ourselves again!
Thanks for a lovely holiday.
