Exceptional 4 Bed Luxury Villa with Stunning Infinity Pool and Unbeatable Views

Villa SP181 is a truly unique luxury villa that has been furnished and equipped to the very highest standard. The villa is nestled in between the Mijas Mountains, in Las Lomas de Mijas ; just 5 minutes' drive from the famous white washed Mijas village. Casa Infinity has a fabulous 32ft x 16ft infinity pool that looks down over the lush countryside below and offers views of the glistening Mediterranean in the distance. Every detail of the villa was designed to offer comfort, luxury and breathtaking views from every angle.

TAKE A MOMENT… to read the 2013 reviews…

The villa really does offer you a chance "to stop the world and get off".

Once you arrive you simply won’t want to leave the peace and tranquillity the villa offers… Except maybe to visit the beautiful village of Mijas, for its varied restaurants, wine bars and shops. Where you can walk around its historic walled gardens perched at the top of the village, you will also find the small traditional bullring with its Birdseye view of the coast. Or a round of golf in one of the numerous golf courses nearby.  The beach is only 15 minutes drive away in Fuengirola and you'll also find plenty of shops, restaurants and bars here. Picturesque Mijas has plenty of lovely restaurants to choose from. If walking to the top of the village is too much you can always hitch a ride on a donkey!

If you fancy a trip to Marbella it’s only a 30 minute drive away!

Review Quote…
“Thank you for a FANTASTIC two weeks at this wonderful villa. Enjoyed the villa and the location very much. More than lived up to expectations. The pool, hockey table, table tennis and more! Mijas was brilliant! Me and my family went to see the flamenco dancing. This villa holds charming memories which I will never forget! Thank you sooooo much! The Mouchantaf family!” G. Mouchantaf - August 2013

4 bed villa in Las Lomas de Mijas, Spain (Sleeps 8)

Villa SP181 is a large, beautifully presented luxury villa. The villa was designed and built only a few years ago and no expense has been spared to ensure that every detail of the villa is perfect.

You enter the house into the huge open plan living space with windows and French doors surrounding the room and letting in lots of light. In the centre of this space there is also a fantastic atrium filled with plants, bringing the outside in to the villa.

The sitting area of the living space has a large cream leather corner sofa and armchair providing seating for 6 guests comfortably. There is a 42 inch wall mounted TV and an X box game/ DVD player. There is also an iPod docking station for your entertainment.

The large square dining table seats eight in the centre of the living space and has great views out over the pool and terrace. The size of this space means it remains bright and airy no matter how hot it is outside.

The kitchen is fully fitted with all appliances and well equipped with cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery. The central island makes preparing meals easy and the great view out of the patio doors also helps!

There is a guest WC on the ground floor with washbasin and WC.

On the first floor of the villa you’ll find bedrooms 1 and 2. Bedroom 1 is the master suite with a king size bed, private balcony and a stunning en-suite bathroom which also has doors to the balcony. The master bedroom is accompanied by an impressive walk in dressing room, you will never be short of room for your clothes. The large bath looks down over the mountains below to the sea so you can take a long relaxing soak while you admire the wonderful view.

Bedroom 2 also has a king size bed, private balcony access and an en-suite shower room with walk-in shower. All the bathrooms in the house are finished to a fantastic standard.

There are 2 further double bedrooms on the lower ground floor, accessed by stairs from the living area. Bedrooms 3 and 4 also have luxury en-suite shower rooms and walk in dressing rooms.

All bedrooms have plenty of storage space and they are all fully air conditioned. On the lower ground floor you will also find a chill out area with a large leather corner sofa and an air hockey table.

Outside the villa you will be just as impressed with the attention to detail. The large terrace is furnished with high quality outdoor sofas and coffee table, perfect for enjoying drinks in the evening and watching the sunset.

Pop down to the shade of the palm trees for a break from the heat, and enjoy a game of table tennis.

There is a covered dining terrace with large table and ceiling fans to keep you cool while you dine alfresco.

There are 6 loungers by the pool for soaking up some rays.

Steps down from the main terrace lead to the impressive infinity pool which has Roman steps leading into the water for easy access. You will never tire of taking a cooling dip in this pool and looking at the view below.

The villa has a large paved driveway that has plenty of parking.

We really enjoyed the villa. Everything was really good with one exception. Normally when renting through other agencies cleaning services was provided at least once a week and in most cases twice.
Please note: Additional cleaning services can be provided when requested.

Chadwick, Lilani and Khan Families - August 2013

Very early morning. The Shepperd family have loved your villa, a fab place and location for us. We love Mijas and your recommendations are perfect. We were a family of 5 with additions so my husband and I loved to walk to Mijas in the day and stop at Oscar's Tapas for a few (food or wine) before returning via Eraski (a great food store). The children so often joined us. We have also put a few extra cards of restaurants we also enjoyed. Regards, The Shepperds.
