"Over the years we have rented villas in 9 other European countries but never experienced a private pool and patio area as large as this one and the small kiddie’s pool is fantastic for the little ones. There are several good restaurants in the area and a taxi rank just 100m from the villa."

5 Bedroom Villa in Mijas Golf, Spain (Sleeps 15)

The villa occupies a great position on the Mijas Golf urbanisation. An impressive driveway leads to the villa and provides plenty of parking space for guests.

To the front the villa has a single level aspect and provides an authentic 'Ranch' effect.  Four of the five bedrooms and all the living areas are on this one floor making it the perfect home for families and friends to share their time together,  An expansive open hallway leads down to a huge lounge which centres around the ornate fireplace and 55" inch flatscreen TV with SKY TV package.  There are veranda doors that open up onto the balcony which commands breathtaking views across the pool and gardens all the way down to the golf course.  The dining room sits just off the lounge and has plenty of room for any formal meals.  Wi-Fi is available around the villa.

The modern kitchen is fitted with all appliances to make your self catering holiday as carefree as possible.  All cooking utensils are provided. There is also a dining area in the kitchen with a table to seat 6 making it ideal for serving breakfast.

All of the 4 bedrooms on this level have air conditioning and have the use of two en-suites and a family bathroom.  The bedrooms are light and airy and are tastefully furnished and decorated.

On the lower floor, which can be accessed via two external staircases, you will find the fifth bedroom and another family bathroom.  This separation makes it ideal for those looking for a bit of extra privacy whilst still sharing the villa with the rest of their family and friends.  The lower floor also hosts an impressive games room with Table tennis table, Pool table, Playstation 2 and Flatscreen TV.  Those who want to enjoy that added degree of relaxation will make use of the sauna.  2 Bunk beds on this level can sleep 4 extra guests (by request.)

Outside the villa maintains its high standards.  There is abundance of terracing in which to relax and sunbathe whilst the dining furnituure and chairs make sure most of your meals will be taken outside.  The built in Charcoal BBQ is a real feature.  The gardens have an array of native plants, trees, flora and fauna which add to the overall beauty of the villa. The inviting private pool is the perfect place for a cooling dip whilst the childrens pool provides a great area for the children to enjoy. There is also a handy poolside shower.  The pool and terracing are bordered by lawns laid to grass.

Panoramic Villas response:
Thank you for your feedback Jonathan.  We are delighted that you were pleased with our service and that you enjoyed your stay in Villa SP278.  We hope we can help you book another holiday in the near furture.
OMG This experience of hiring this villa and being our first villa holiday was amazing! We would like to thank also the owners of this beautiful villa for sharing it with us it was like home from home we could not fault it. The views were amazing and the pool was huge. We did venture out but found that we were more than happy just chilling in the villa. Dad loved having the odd fig from the fig tree with his breakfast and Mum taking pictures of the beautiful flowers and my brother cooking with the local produce with the added bonus of the BBQ. My children loved the pool and also swimming at night with the pool lights on it looked so pretty as well as the WIFI which seems to be a must with teenagers
My husband just loved the relaxed atmosphere that the villa gave us and so was I. Mijas is a must the village was so pretty and only a 10 minute drive away and I preferred Fuengirola to Marbella. There is plenty of fantastic supermarkets just a short drive away also. I must also mention Agnes the agent who greeted us on our arrival she was so helpful so thank you to you Agnes. So I would definitely go back to this villa and use Panoramic Villas oh and if you need a transfer I would recommend Transfers Del Sol could not fault them at all. So a big thank you to all that made our holiday PERFECT !!!!

D.Darby - July 2016

Absolutely fabulous villa. We will use it again!

J.Foster - July 2015

I enjoyed a fantastic week in this wonderful villa recently with some golfing friends. The villa is a wonderful venue for a holiday, particularly if you are in a group or family .The Location is perfect, so near golf courses and the towns but far enough away to experience peace and quiet. There is just so much space around and everything is kept to the highest standard. It\'s hard to beat stepping out in the morning and swimming in the lovely pool, then lazing around the luscious garden for hours; I didn\'t want to leave. Some evenings we had a barbecue, and enjoyed cocktails made with limes and mint from the garden. Within walking distance there are some top quality restaurants so for the lazy days there was no need to venture far. I can\'t imagine a better spot!

J. Connolly - October 2014

As one of a party of six golfers from Dublin who spent a week in this villa last year, I have to say it was a golfer\'s paradise. The Villa which is across the road from the Club House of Mijas Golf with its two splendid courses, is superbly appointed with excellent accommodation and all mod cons, not to mention the large swimming pool! There are a number of good restaurants within a short walking distance and there is the added advantage of a taxi rank 200 metres from the villa for the short hop into Fuengirola.

T. Dublin - August 2014

Just had another great holiday ihere and can honestly say that this superb villa has it all. It’s in a prime location on Mijas Golf offering every home comfort, safety, security, privacy and space in abundance. The perfect location for groups and families and it can comfortably cater for grandparents, parents and children. The downstairs facilities are fantastic for teenagers and ours loved the downstairs bedroom! Over the years we have rented villas in 9 other European countries but never experienced a private pool and patio area as large as this one and the small kiddie’s pool is fantastic for the little ones. There are several good restaurants in the area and a taxi rank just 100m from the villa. A car is not essential but I would certainly recommend one as the area has so much to offer. A trip to nearby Mijas village is a must and Marbella and Puerto Banus are just a half hr drive-that is if you can drag yourself away from the pool!! We have returned to this villa a number of times because it has given us the perfect holiday and I would certainly recommend it as an excellent choice.

P. Dillon - April 2013

Seven of us have just had a brilliant holiday. Males in our 20’s we picked this villa because of the space, the pool and the fact that we enjoy a game of golf. We had one of the best holidays ever and we were so content by the pool that we played less golf than intended!!!!!!. We hired two cars but we could in fact have managed without them had we realised that there was a taxi rank across the road. Loads of restaurants in the area and the night life in Fuengirola and Benalmadena was great. The villa is very big and very comfortable and the Sky sports package and 55 inch flat screen was a real bonus as we spent our first night watching Rory McIlroy win the US open. The barbeque was perfect and the downstairs fridge meant we had a steady supply of cold drinks!!! Only disappointment we had was that a week was not enough. We intend to come back here again.

P. Aherne - June 2011
