The pictures of the villa really don't do it justice, the bedrooms are well appointed so everyone had there own space. there are loads of areas around the villa to have some space as well. The Tiki seating is gorgeous in the evening to take in the views with a G&T.
The apartment underneath is fantastic, well equipped and opens out onto the pool. The main house has everything you could possibly need, the kitchen has every gadget and there are 2 washing machines as well. We used the BBQ on a couple of occasions and there is a local supermarket (Dia) were we picked up burgers and chicken etc, its incredible reasonable compared to Britain prices. Great wine at a fraction of the cost at home!
The hill going down is fine and you are a 10 min walk into Mijas village but going back up is tricky if you have any walking problems, my dad is in his 70's and always got a taxi home every evening (5euros) you wouldn't have the views though without it and they are Amazing views from the Villa. There are loads of gorgeous restaurants and tapas bars, we would recommend Chema's Terrace and the Secret Garden. The view from Oscars pizza restaurant is breathtaking also. There is a regular bus service going to Fuengirola & Torremolinos.
Dino is always on hand if you need anything, he is very accommodating. The small Negatives: There are quite a lot of mosquito's and extremely large ants but the Villa does provide sprays etc.
In the information book it states that you get a Bed Linen and towel change if you stay 2 weeks but that didn't happen! we managed as we were able to wash them all but it would have been nice if this was done.
There is a separate apartment above the Villa that the owners sister resides in, whilst we where there it was occupied by a few people for a couple of days each and although it didn't spoil our stay i would have liked to have been informed as at times we were overlooked whilst we were sitting around the pool.(i didn't expect that)
Over all we had an amazing time and i would thoroughly recommend this villa.

Panoramic Villas response:
Thank you Tracy. We can't ask for better feedback than that!
Lovely villa in a quiet area with fabolous view of the sea and the coast line. The location was great - only a short walk to Mijas Pueblo with plenty of restaurants and bars. The distance to the beaches and cities was great as well (about 15 min with car).

The villa has great terrassens on different levels and all with a splendid view. The pool and pool area was nicely laid out with plenty of space, sun beds and parasols. The interior is well planned with bedrooms in different parts of the house - all with ensuit bathrooms. The air con worked well and in general the villa was well equipped. The kids approved the WiFi speed:).

Dino gave an excellent support throughout our two week stay!

Thank you for you review. We are delighted that you had such a great stay in Villa SP317. We hope that you might return in the future.
The villa was just as the photos show lovely, the view from the lounge balcony over looking the pool was beautiful towards the sea in the distance. Lots of space inside and especially outside and plenty of shaded areas. You don’t need a car for this villa, it’s 30 to 40 euros from the airport. 10 mins walk to the village were there are plenty of restaurants, cafes, trinket shops and two supermarcardos. Would highly recommend the secret garden restaurant it’s a hidden little gem. At the Bp station you can get a bus to fuengirola 1 Euro 55 it takes 20 mins. Markets there Sat,Sun, Tuesday is the best one for tourist items. There is an Aldis and Lidels 10 min tops by car from the villa and it is on a bus route. There was no problems with the villa, it’s well equipped plenty of towels inside and for the pool, sun loungers, sun shades and inflatables. Had a fantastic 10 days, can’t thank lovely Jean and Corky for their help with our suitcases on the last day. Thank you Dino hope to come back, would definitely recommend it.

Thank you!  We are very pleased you enjoyed your stay.
The villa was lovely... very spacious, had great views and fantastic gardens. It was extremely well equipped. If there was 1 slight niggle it would have been great if we could have had clean towels and sheets half way though our 2 week stay.

Amazing Villa for family relaxation and recreation!
We have spent a fantastic week in a fantastic Villa, celebrating my 50th birthday. The Villa is well situated close to Mijas Pueblo and offers great spaces for social activities (pool and table tennis), dinners (BBQ Grill and outside and inside dinner tables) and relaxation (terraces and chill out areas). On top of that it has an amazing view over the village Fuengirola and the Mediterranean. We were a mixed group with one kid, 5 youths and rest adults and all of us are very satisfied with the stay. The kitchen have all the necessary equipment and the garden is lovely and well kept. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with shower and some of them even a bathtub. The pictures on the homepage really tells the truth! The agency have taken good care of us all the way and we can absolutely recommend both Panoramic Villa as well as staying in this Villa.

We stayed at this wonderful villa just above Mijas Pueblo during the last 2 weeks of July. We were a party of six which included two 17 year olds and two 18 year olds so the separate apartment was a real hit with them. The villa is the best equipped we have ever stayed in and commands stunning views down the mountain and across to the sea. It was in a perfect location - in a quiet, residential area but only a 10 minute walk to the many bars, restaurants and shops in the pretty and historic village of Mijas. The villa is beautiful appointed and tastefully decorated with a lot of thought and care obviously having been taken with the contents and furnishings. The gardens are beautiful and well maintained. The pool is a very good size and the sun loungers plentiful and very comfortable. The owners, Allan and Wendy, are absolutely lovely and they were very keen to make sure we wanted for nothing, asking for feedback in case anything could be improved. Wendy's sister Jean lives next door and again was really lovely and happy to help. We would happily re-book this villa and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to others.

Panoramic Villas response:
Thank you Caroline.  We are glad that you were happy with our service and we hope we can be of help again in the future.

We stay in Villas all the time and have stayed around the costa del sol quite a bit, so I feel we are quite well versed to give this feedback, firstly when we arrived at the Villa that final hill was quite a shock, but by no means a problem, the area around the front is quite a surprise, I must admit I thought have we made a mistake, when we went in it is fair to say that we had NOT made a mistake, it is fabulous in almost every respect, the place is beautiful and the amount of space you have is great, the multi level for our family was perfect as everyone could have their own space if needed, the decor is bright and helps to make the space feel so much bigger too, to be fair we never used the indoor space other than to cook and sleep in, we lived outside, the outside space is a touch of paradise, from the balcony areas with the stunning views to the beautifully maintained garden, lemon trees and shrubs etc, the pool is a decent size really no more than 3 people in if you are going to make a splash, the sunbathing area has plenty space and sunbeams for everyone we had there (8 people), the sunbeds were in excellent condition, you then had a Tiki or love shack up some stairs, this was a great area for my teenage kids to chill out in or to talk on FaceTime back home without mam and dad listening in, the outdoor areas also had plenty of tables and chairs and has ample room for everyone to sit and eat when we barbecued a couple of times, there is a table tennis table which was well used and there was also plant of pool toys there too, the home is fully equipped and when i say fully equipped, I mean it, we did not need to buy anything only replace it as we used it and ran out, there was even welcome beer and wine in the fridge which is a terrace touch and really makes you feel you are at home (keep this up).
We also had the granny flat down at pool level which was just as well equipped as the main villa, We met both Alan and Wendy who are the owners several times as alan cleans the pool and does the diy as and when needed luckily we didn't have any, they are a lovely couple who do genuinely care about their guests, they really do have great attention to detail. The place was spotlessly clean our party consisted of 8 people 2 x 14yr olds, 1 x 16 yrs, 1 x 18yrs, 2 x 40's and 2 x 60's, the villa pleased everyone there was loads to do for all ages, from the games there to books, english tv, wi-fi, these days its a necessity, the villa felt very secure also, i especially liked the piped filtered water this was an outstanding touch.

A couple of things I would like to pint out on the negative, we had the master bedroom and both my wife and I felt the mattress may need changing but we are used to a really big thick memory foam mattress back home and I struggle to sleep anywhere except home, so it may not be a problem for others, also one of the single beds in the ground floor bedroom my daughter said the same thing re her mattress, the only other negative for me is the Pine Needles falling from the trees, this was a pain because they kept going in the pool, the only reason I say it was a pain is because everything else was so perfect.
Would I stay there again, I would stay there again in a heartbeat, it was worth every penny, we were sad to say goodbye, I would highly recommend this Villa for anyone to stay in.
The communication was also very good, please be aware I would say you do need a car to get around, the walk into the town is about 10-15 mins and is down hill, the walk back is a little tougher, but if like us you hire a car its no problem, also if you are just in Mijis a taxi is about 4-5 euro's, the bus service at the bottom of the bank is excellent, 1 euro 65 cent each to the beach.
