A 5 Bedroom Villa with Private Pool, Sea Views, and WiFi.  Located Close to the Beach, Shops and Restaurants

A spacious 5 bedroom and well presented villa, comprised of a main house and two separate apartments, making this perfect for families, or groups travelling together who want privacy.  The villa enjoys abslutely stunning views over the Mediterranean and guests have plenty of room to relax by the private pool.  There is also a sauna and steam room for guests who really want to relax and unwind.

The main house offers the living room and kitchen on the first floor, with a wonderful balcony terrace that commands stunning views.  There are great views from the living, dining room and kitchen.  There is WiFi internet, freeview and internet TV and air conditioning. 

On the ground floor of the main house is the master bedroom with en-suite and access out to the pool.  The second bedroom that is accessed through the master bedroom provides a twin room with bunk beds.  

The villa also offers accommodation through a separate apartment and studio.  Both can sleep up to four guests and they also have their own kitchenettes and bathrooms. 

Outside the villa has a good sized private pool and plenty of terrace speace for laying out the sun loungers.  There is a superb outdoor dining area with seating for 12 people.  The area is covered by a pergola that is entwined with grape vines that provides both shade and welcoming place to eat.  The villa boasts a fantastic brick built BBQ area with plenty of surface space making it an ideal cooking area. 

The villa is in a fantastic location, within easy reach of the beach, Torreblanca train station and shops and restaurants. It is an uphill wlak back to the villa so may want to use a taxi for your return.   There is a wonderful Lebanese restaurant within an easy walk of the villa that serves wonderful food and a great atmosphere.

Fuengirola is also within easy reach and is a superb family resort with blue flag beaches, children’s attractions and a bustling nightlife.  There are also numerous golf courses within easy reach of the villa.

Villa SP383 in Torreblanca, Fuengirola (Sleeps 12)

The villa accommodation in the main house is split over two floors.  On the first floor there are two bedrooms; a king size room with en-suite bathroom and direct access onto the pool terrace, and an adjacent twin bedroom with bunk beds.  This is a perfect family room as access to bedroom two is only through the main bedroom.  The pool and surroundingterraces are on this level.

Upstairs in the main house on the second floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and a lovely open plan living and dining room.  This large room has comfortable sofa seating, a log burner, TV and DVD player.  You can step out onto the balcony that runs along the length of the lounge of the house, meaning you can also relax outdoors and take in the views.

There is a superb two bedroom apartment that is accessible from the pool level of the property.  This has a double bedroom and a twin room, plus a bathroom and a small kitchen area. 

There is a further open plan studio apartment accessible via steps down from the pool level.  This has two double beds, a bathroom and a kitchen area.

All bedrooms have air conditioning which is pre-paid on a coin meter prior to your arrival.  There is sufficient credit on there for sensible usage and can be topped up if this is exceeded.

The kitchens in the apartments and studios a re not equipped with utensils and cooking facilities but you are more than welcome to use items from the well stocked kitchen in these kitchens should you wish.  

The outside of the villa offers guests lots of space to relax and enjoy meals al fresco.  There is an outdoor BBQ/kitchen area and a terrace area next to this that seats up to 12.  This is a wonderful area to socialise with family and friends whilst taking in the views of the pool and surrounding countryside.  The outside dining area is shaded by a Pergola that is entwined with grape vines.  Under the villas veranda there is also a smaller table and chairs that provides additional seating and is ideal for breakfast as you watch the sun rise into the sky.

The swimming pool is perfect to take a cooling dip in. And also on this level there is a sauna and steam room that guests can use using a pre-pay coin system.

The villa has driveway parking.  The villa and its grounds are accessed from the road  level.  There are two flights of stairs to the pool level which is classed as the first floor and one flight of stairs from the street entrance to the studio that is located on top of the villas garage.

Shopping can be done online before your arrival or during your stay and delivered by Mercadona supermarket. The shopping is carried up all the stairs to the door entrance of the main villa by a powered stair trolley.
