A 2 Bedroom Villa on a Pretty Resort with Communal Pool, only 5 Minutes' Walk from Gumusluk Village

A beautifully furnished two-bedroom villa situated on a quiet and pretty complex in Gumusluk. The complex is set in beautiful lush gardens with a large communal swimming pool and a fully equipped gym for guests to use. The villa has an excellent location in Gumusluk on the Bodrum Peninsula which is famous for its ancient underwater ruins and its array of superb fish restaurants.   This lovely property is located just a few minutes’ walk to local transportation and 5 minutes’ walk to the village centre, where you can find a great bakery, pharmacy, barber and few stores for your daily shopping needs.  Walking to nearby amenities is easy, with no uphill climbs! 

The local bus service can also take you into nearby Yalikavak, which has a beach promenade heaving with restaurants, a pretty old fishing harbour and also a multi-million pound marina that has designer shops, restaurants, bars and nightclubs.  Bodrum is around 40 minutes’ drive from Gumusluk and is well worth a visit, especially if you like picking up a bargain or two!

The villa has a double room and a twin room, with a further mattress, to sleep 5 people as a maximum.  It is air conditioned throughout and it has all modern amenities.  From your private terrace you can sit and enjoy amazing sunsets over the Peninsula and the roof terrace is great for sunworhippers.  From here you can enjoy incredible views of this stunning area of the Bodrum Peninsula, with mountains behind you and turquoise waters in front.  It is truly beautiful!

Villa TK170 in Gumusluk (Sleeps 5)

A beautifully furnished two-bedroom villa. On the ground floor of the villa there is an open plan kitchen, dining and living room which can comfortably entertain five people. The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances and plenty of crockery, glassware and cooking utensils.  There is also a 'powder room' on the ground floor and a back terrace from the kitchen.

The living room opens out onto a covered wooden veranda with a dining area, supreme views of the landscaped gardens and the pool area.

Up the marble stairs there are two bedrooms and one bathroom with bath and shower. The master bedroom has a double bed, walk in wardrobe and a fabulous large veranda with perfect views of the gardens and pool.  The terrace is a good place to watch the stunning sunsets. The second bedroom is a twin room and has two single beds, under one of the single beds is an additional mattress which can be pulled out a placed in either the master bedroom or living room for a 5th person to sleep. There is a small wooden veranda off this room with views of the mountains and the famous windmills of the Bodrum peninsula.

A further set of stairs brings you to the flat roof terrace area. Here you can enjoy amazing 360-degree views of the village, the mountains and the sea. By early evening the sun comes around to bring a beautiful light to the front veranda and eating area, so it’s perfect for al fresco dining.

The villa is set in beautiful lush gardens with a swimming pool and a fully equipped gym for guests to use.
