Al Burro
Found in Mijas pueblo, this is a real Italian restaurant ran by real Italians! A taste of authentic Italy in Spain, the pizzas are quite amazing, as is everything else on the menu. The setting is adorable and the service is second to none.
We recommend: The ham and mushroom stone baked pizza.

Little Italy 2.0
Just down the road from Mijas, in Fuengirola, this delightful place serves “Authentic, home-made food with a taste of Italy” so it doesn’t get much better that that. Another family business that welcomes you with open arms, is extremely child friendly and makes you feel right at home. Oh and the food is to die for!
We recommend: Any of the thin and crispy pizzas, also the risotto is amazing.
Open: 1pm – 4.40pm and 6.30pm – 1am.

Ristorante Zia Lola
Another one in Mijas, just on the outskirts in Mijas Golf, this beautiful Italian restaurant has all the charm and sophistication of a boutique cafe in Italy. The atmosphere is always warm and friendly and the pizzas and pastas are always delicious.
We recommend: The bruschetta starter and the four stations pizza are divine.

Cabo Pizza
A little further down the road from Mijas, closer to Marbella, this lovely little place serves hot, tasty, home cooked food. It is a simple place and great value for money, family friendly and always clean and welcoming.
We recommend: The spicy chicken pizza

Metro Ristorante Italiano
A little further in the other direction, in Benalmadena, this lovely place is set right at the port so you can dine with fabulous views. The menu is extensive and everything on it is as delicious as the next thing. A real modern restaurant with contemporary Italian delights. You may need to visit more than once to try all the delicious, authentic dishes on offer.
We recommend: The pepperoni pizza is amazing as is the spaghetti Carbonara.
